| 5 | Complete overhauling of swam make Rotary Twin lobe compressor. The work includes dismantaling of compressor after draining out oil. Dismantaling of gear wheel, shaft, as coupling and stuffin box. Greasing of moving part, Gear, replacement of without bearings, V-belt. Replacement of oil seals and 'O' rings and inlet oil filters. The work also includes replacement or topup of oil with E-90 Castrol Q equipment make. proper assembling of compressor should be done for smooth functioning. |
| 6 | Complete overhauling of 20 MT EOT crane in pump house. The work includes disconnection and removing the 3 nos 2 HP, 1 NO 20 HP motor from the O/H crane foundation cleaning the stator rotor with electro cleaner. Varnishing backing in oven etc. Replacement off both DE and NDE bearing after machining and knurling the worn out bearing housing. Brake liners should be replaced as per exisitng size and shape. The work includes greasing of moving parts and proper alignment. the electrical control panel should be checked for fixed and moving contact kits, hand operated X travelling mechanism from LH to RH & TO FRO.
