| 25 | Bidders Note 1: Bidders are advised to acquaint themselves thoroughly with the site and its surroundings prior to submitting their bids. This includes careful assessment of the terrain, location, accessibility, connectivity, availability of local resources, and prevailing environmental or climatic conditions. It shall be deemed that bidders have inspected the site and obtained all necessary information relevant to the execution of the work. Any failure to do so will not relieve them of their responsibility, and no claim on account of lack of knowledge or misapprehension of site conditions shall be entertained. |
| 26 | Bidders Note 2:The work is to be executed within a highly congested electrical network comprising one 33 kV line and four 11 kV feeders. Execution of the work shall require shutdowns of the feeders, which can be availed only once a week. Bidders shall plan their resources and execution schedule accordingly. No claim on account of delay due to non-availability of additional shutdowns shall be entertained. |
| 27 | Bidders Note 3: The work is to be executed along the busy Bandipora–Gurez Road. As closure of the road is not permissible, the contractor shall execute the work during lean traffic hours, preferably in the early morning, while ensuring adequate traffic management and public safety. |
| 28 | Bidders Note 4: The dismantling of the existing 11 kV/LT AB Cable and erection of the new 11 kV/LT AB Cable shall be carried out in a synchronized manner to minimize disruption to the power supply and ensure public safety. |
