Tender for Trivandrum (Tvc) Division - Installation Of Gauge Face Lubricators - Over Curves With Carry Down Effect Of 1 Km. , - Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of Track Based Rail Lubricator ( Electronic Type) With Dual Applicator/Wiper Bar Complete System As Per Rdsos Technical Specification No. Irs-T-48 Along With Latest Correction Slip And Operating For 5 Years With Carry Down Effect Of 1 Km. Supply Of Solar Panel And Its Accessories Including Battery And Mast For Succesful Operation Of Lubricator . The Firm Has To Inspect Each Location Regularly For Operation And Maintenance Not Less Than 15 Days For Each Curve. Power Supply : Application System Should Be Designed To Accommodate Both Direct Electrical Connection To An Ac Power Source And To Operate Independently Using A Solar Panel And Battery As Per Para 7.2 Of Rdso Technical Specffication For Track Based Lubncator. The Rate Includes All Tools,Plants,Parts,Labour, Taxes,Transportation,Royalty Etc Complete Job. The Rate Also Inlcudes The Cost Of Parts And Amc For 5 Years. The Machine And The Solar Panel Assembly Wil Be The Property Of Contractor Which Will Be Taken Back By Contractor After Successful Completion Of Job (I.E After 5 Years.). ( Note:-(1) If The Coefficient Of Friction Is To Be Measured Every Month. If Coeefiicient Of Firction Is Found Above 0.25 , Payment Will Not Be Made For The Particular Month. ( 61 Nos X 60 Months) , - Supply Of Grease For 05 Years As Per Specification Of Lubricant Vide Rdso Technical Specification No. Irs-T48 Along With Advanced Correction Slip No.1 For Track Based Lubricator ( June- 2013). ( Note, If The Coefficient Of Friction In Test Is Found Above 0.25 Then No Payment For Supply Of Grease For That Month Will Be Done By Railway .)
