Lowering :- Lowering the non clog sewage submersible pump after making operational condition alongwith column pipe/ without column pipe, SWR rope including existing submersible cable and all respective items here-in- above lifting and installation of pump motor in its original position, connections the as well as delivery main including electrical connectiion of both end i.e. with starter and motor terminals. Note :- Maint/break down work should be rectify at the earliest otherthan delay may be penalised Rs:1500/- per/Hour. |

After cleaning the following works should be needful (i) repair/ replacement/welding of damaged scrapper unit and water flow chanels with connected item works. (ii) repair/ replacement of damaged centre flow drum with connected item . (iii) repair of bridge rail leveling, gear box service , oil changing, replace of bearings and V belt as per site required and electric cable connection & functioning. (iv) should be two coat enamel painting of complete iron items of EIC. Note : (a) the contractor should be responsibulity of all safety features during the work ie hand gloves, mask, belt with rope etc and the Job should be done with in sepervision of contractor/ superviser of the contractor. (b)Any kind of risk during this job Deppt will not be responsible.. (c ) Iron & tube settler media was not deemed in the cost and is measured seperately in relevent sch A item. |
