Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. (b) Making V groove and filling it with PERMA/ROFF crackseal chemical or equivalent. (c) Whole area to be tested with hammer and necessary repairing of damaged surface with polymer based mortar @6mm thick with the ratio of 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) polymer @20% of cement. (d) Shocking total surface with polymer and cement is various portion like (i) 1 litre SBR latex, 5 litre water and 3 kg cement, (ii) 1 litre latex SBR, 3 litre water and 2 kg cement, (iii) 1 litre latex SBR, 1 litre water and 1 kg cement, minimum 1 day gap shall be maintained between 2 stages of shock treatment before start of shocking treatment surface must be saturated with water for better penetration of mixture of chemical, water curing is mandatory during all stages. (e) Finally whole treated surface shall be applied with elastomatic waterproofing material cost of primer made of shaliprime of M/S STP Ltd. or equivalent water in proportion 1:3 and surface shall be allowed to dry for 5 to 6 hours. Finally applying 1st coat shalicryle 215 of M/S STP Ltc. or equivalent @0.16 litre/sqm and shall be allowed to dry for 6 to 8 hours of application and 2nd coat @0.14 litre/sqm over dry surface for 200 micron DFT and shall allowed to dry etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including preparation etc. all complete.
