| 1 | Non-Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of Fire Alarm, Fire Detection & Fire Fighting System 4 Zone sector panel system installed at APC green building and Technology shed (W2B) of fire hydrant which include routine, preventive & breakdown maintenance for period of one year including repair, with minimum downtime in good repair & efficient condition as per Rule 2009 Sect. 4(2). Maintenance person shall visit for maintenance once in a month and additional as an when required. Also, Providing form \\"B\\" and obtaining renewal of NOC, from the fire department in January and July month as per NMC guidelines & as per fire prevention & life safety act 2006. |
