(clear height) double arm bracket made of cast iron three section of 140 mm dia 88 mm dia and 75 mm dia the bracket will be provided with reducer/expander for holding the decorative fixture on to the main pole with all arrangement having position perpendicular to the ground. The pole will be placed with cast iron embracement on the bottom and middle section for aesthetic & decorative purpose. The pole shall have cast iron casting on the base middle and on the joints giving a decorative look. the base casting shall 400mm with height 1000 mm the casting will have a ring on the top of 20 mm thickness. The middle casting shall be a conical design with bottom section of 88 mm OD and having OD the double arm bracket with 40 mm rod with lower and leaf design. The pole will be provided with an nut bolt junction box to fix 32 amp connectors & amp MCB inside the cut window of the bottom pipe the in built box should have a flush door of suitable size. The Decorative pole will be mounted on a square base plate of size 400 x 400 mm having 16 mm thickness. The mounting steel plate along with hot dip galvanised foundation bolts of size M 22 x 424 mm to based for ensuring from in the specially designed RCC foundation. The pole should be painted in 3 layer coating (coating thickness should be more than 50 microns minimum in which 1st layer with each primer 2nd layer with epoxy zinc primer & 3rd final layer with PU paint of mart black on pole and Golden on Aluminium cast iron 1.
