1Providing, lowering in trenches to correct gradient and alignments, jointing with tytone rubber joint and cutting of RCC S/S pipes having inside HDPE, lining ISI marked as per depths and laying out the same to correct alignment, gradients, levels etc., cutting of concrete beds and joints holes, supporting the suitable rigid manner while the same are being jointed and until the surrounding benching, haunches and envelopes are completed. the pipes shall rest on the beds at all joints through their lengths and to ensure this, testing the pipes for leakage and making good the same leakage and all defects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in-charge including all cartage etc complete in all respects.500mm i/d pipe with inside HDPE lining

3Providing clay seal of thickness 4.0 m or above consisting of balls of local clay or bentonite mud to be placed in the annular space around the assembly the clay seal should be provided at a level of minimum 25.0 m above the most screens depending on the logging results.
4SandE of Pressure Gauges with siphon cock as per IS:3624 and having 100mm dia, Dual Gauge, in delivery pipe inside Pump chamber

7STP 2.0 MLD “Design, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of 2.00 MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology complete in all respect including, Landscaping, MCC Panel Room and all other contingent Electrical, Mechanical, Electromagnetic Flow Measurement Device on inlet and outlet, Real Time water quality monitoring with Data collection system (Online analyzer) Piping and Instrumentation works with PLC and SCADA Arrangement for STP and MPS along with Synchronizing it with each other including furniture and laboratory equipments as per detail given in the bid document and including following components (2 No. High Mast of 9 mtr. GI Octagonal pole of 4 mm thickness (T=100 MM, B= 200 MM, Base Plate 320x320x20mm), window at 500 mm from Base Plate) 12 Nos. Providing and fixing of Solar light 30 watt with dark and motion sensor, 2 level intelligent dimming after 3 and 6 hours of operation, IEC certified solar panel, LM80 certified LED, IP 65 complaint design to protect from rain and dust and UL certified lituimion battery with 2 year system warranty of 6 Mtr. GI pole complete in all respect, along the road and path complete in all respect. Supply and installation of 1 No. Main Gate of (MS) 12 ft. wide main gate and 4 ft. wide wicket gate (total weight not less than 500 kg at STP site. As per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge Providing and installing 2 No. centrifuges (1working plus 1 Stand bye) including centrifuge feed pump, all fittings, instrumentations, electric panel board etc. as per design complete in all respect, including packing dry sludge in 20 kg Bag and supplying the same in Market Kisan Sewa Kendra or as directed by Engineer-in-charge within lead as posited as clause 4.4.5 of NIT including operation and Maintenance of 5 Years after 12 months defect liability period and 3 months trial run period.
8CCTV CAMERAS Providing and Installing 6 CCTV Cameras (4 Cameras for STP and 2 Cameras for MPS) complete as per satisfaction of the Engineer– in- Charge, within 96 hours of signing the Agreement along with 90 days recording (DVR), 32 inch LED Screen, 16 Channel DVR at STP Site and 8 Channel DVR at MPS Site with connectors, cables, poles and power supply with online real-time output facility. The cameras at both the sites i.e. MPS and STP shall be synchronized at STP site. i) At STP and MPS Site- 1 No. PTZ speed dome 360 degree 50X zoom camera, 3 No. 12 mm lens size, 1 Nos. 3.6 mm lens size. Make: - CP Plus Internet Protocol minimum 5 MP WDR, Night vision color mode 2.4.2 12 mm very focal with extra IR, CCTV Cameras should be installed and commissioned before starting execution of work. including operation and Maintenance of 5 Years after 12 months defect liability period and 3 months trial run period.
9MAIN PUMPING STATIONS : Design, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of MPS and following components RCC Inlet chamber, Screen Chamber, rectangular collecting tank suitable for 2.00 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3.00 landscaping of the campus providing and installing of 5 No. Pumping Set of i.e.1 no. 4200 LPM (250 m^/hr), 2 no. 1400 LPM (83.33 m^/hr) and 2 no. 700 LPM (41.66 m^/hr) with 15 mtr. Head each suitable LT panel equipped with all safety devices, automatic capacitor bank and submersible cable form LT panel to pump sets complete in all respect. K9 DI pipe of suitable dia at MPS including welding and screwing of flanges, ISI marked D.I. fittings, Sluice valves as per requirements even for bye-pass arrangements complete in all respect. 3 Nos. CI Gear Operated Sluice Gate with SS Spindle (SS 410) and seats (SS 304) (2 nos. for screen and 1 no. for partition of collecting tank) as per design. Supply and installation of 2 Nos. mechanical coarse screens of minimum length 6 mtr. for 2.00 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3.0:- i) The connecting sewer of same diameter and material of construction, laid at adequate depth between existing sewers to newly constructed structures is included in this scope of work. ii) All the infrastructure except construction of staff quarter, and path ways/ roads required to be executed at site to make the MPS functional is included in the scope of work for lump-sump job. iii) All the pumping machinery, panel board, Level sensor etc shall be controlled by PLC and SCADA and shall be synchronized with PLC panels at MPS and STP site through broadband internet facility. iv) The size and quantities of all the above components will be as per approved structural/ Hydraulic/ Mechanical/ Electrical design to be approved by Departmental before actual execution of work including operation and Maintenance of 5 Years after 12 months defect liability period and 3 months trial run period.
10ONLINE OUTLET EFFLUENT WATER QUALITY MONITORING SYSTEM FOR BOD, COD, TSS, PH, Nitrogen :- Supply, erection, testing and commissioning operation and comprehensive annual maintenance of effluent quality monitoring system at 2.0 STP for online (Continuous) measurement of PH, Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) by single analyzer with various sensors (spectral measurement in the UV-VIS range 200-720mm) performing reagent and chemical free analysis with automatic cleaning of censor, signal cables and power cables, local data acquisition and display of data on continuous basis for up linking the data in CPCB, HSPCB and PHED. TUV approved complete in all respect as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) guidelines for online continuous monitoring system for effluent and as contained in scope of work A) Multi-parameter measuring converter, for connecting upto 18 intelligent sensors Scope including 8 analog inputs/ Outputs (4 inputs and 4 outputs) (o/4-20 Ma), wide range power supply optical COD/BOD and TSS probe with spectral processing of the UV-VIS range for measurement in the outlet/ effluent of plant of 2.00 MLD STP with integrated with automatic cleaning B) Robust digital pH/ ORP sensor for pH/ORP electrodes, with built-in pre-amplifier and temperature sensor with Automatic Temperature compensation (ATC) cable length 100 Meter (minimum) C) Sensor adapter cable for all intelligent sensors, with IP68 water proof connection to intelligent sensors net system cable length 100 Meter (minimum) D) Data Transfer to CPCB, HSPCB and PHED Servers E) Providing GSM 5G, 4G Modem with mobile network connectivity including operation and Maintenance of 5 Years after 12 months defect liability period and 3 months trial run period.
11Operation and Maintenance cum defect Liability period for 6 Yearsafter successful completion of 3 Months trial run period for complete scope of work mentioned in DNIT i.e 4 No. Tube wells , Distribution System, STP 2.00 MLD ,, Sewerage Network etc. The cost will be charges to Annual Maintenance estimate.
