The profile sheets shall be fixed to truss members in slope or required pitch or curvature with Hex cap headed self drilling/tapping stainless steel screws M6, 50 mm long with 3mm EPDM seal washer etc, all inlcusive of labour, scaffolding, T&P and sundries etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. |

| 15 | Repair and refixing of existing 2 Nos. rolling shutters after necessary rectification, including oiling, greasing, cleaning, and replacement/repair of damaged M.S. laths, pipe shafts, brackets, side guides, wire springs, ball bearings, and all other necessary shutter components required to restore smooth and proper operation. The work shall include opening the shutter, dismantling wherever required, carrying out necessary repairs/replacements, reassembling, and refixing the shutter in proper working condition, complete in all respects, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (E-I-C). The rate shall include the cost of all materials, transportation, tools and tackles, labour charges, scaffolding/lifting arrangements, etc. all complete. |

| 19 | Checking/repairing/restoring of all existing plumbing arrangements, water supply and sanitary items in the terminal office and wash rooms including repair of Motor (if necessary), as directed by the E-I-C with the help of an expert plumber. | 20 | Providing new sanitary items like Wash basin (1 nos), Flush tank full set (1 nos), Angle cock with connection pipe (5 nos), Closing angle cock with wall flange for urinal (3 nos), Bib cock water tap (3 nos), Pillar taps (3 nos) along with all the accessories from a reputed brand & manufacture etc as directed by the E-I-C. with the help of an expert plumber. The rate shall include the cost of all materials for replacement, trasportation / supply to the site and labour chrges for fixing in position etc. complete. |

Including checking and repairing of the existing wiring, electrical connections, tube light fittings, ceiling fans in office area and godown to make proper functioning of all electrical amenities etc., with the help of an expert electrician as per directions of E-I-C.
