8Disposal of surplus excavated earth / building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable,dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading within Airport premises or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, beyond 50 m initial lead upto 5km including all lifts involved.
9SH :CONCRETE AND MASONRY WORKProviding and laying cement concrete of specific grade properly mixed and consolidated with hand rammers, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, curing, lead ,lift , etc. complete for all work up to plinth levels as directed by Engineer- in-Charge. 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

13Providing and constructing Solid concrete block masonry M-10 grade in C.M1:6(1cement, 6 crusher sand) with Solid blocks of 30x20x15 cm size and approved quality including scaffolding, raking out of joints, curing, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete for all types of masonry works in super structure above the highest plinth level as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all levels
14Extra for providing and mixing water proofing compound in cement concrete work, masonry work, plastering etc in the proportion recommended by the manufacturers including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, curing, lead lift , etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.
15Extra rate for PCC 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)in or under water and or liquid mud,including pumping out water and removing slush etc as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge(The quantity will be calculated by multiplying the depth measured from the subsoil water level up to centre of gravity of concrete under sub soil water level with quantity of concrete in cubic meter executed under sub-soil water.The depth of center of gravity shall be reckoned correct to 0.1m, 0.05m or more shall be taken as 0.1m and less than 0.05m ignored.)
16SH : RCC WORKProviding and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade conforming to IS 456 or IS 10262 for reinforced cement concrete for footing,pile cap,column,plinth beam,lift pit,sump,holding tank etc using coarse sand conforming to IS 383 and 20mm nominal size graded hard granite broken stones, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including admixtures in proportion of 0.5%of weight of cement (asper IS 9103) to accelerate,retard setting of concrete improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Minimum cement content is 410Kg/m3.All work upto plinth level.
17Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade conforming to IS 456 or IS 10262 for reinforced cement concrete for column, beam, slab, lintel, staircase, Over head tank etc using coarse sand conforming to IS 383 and 20mm nominal size graded hard granite broken stones,excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including admixtures in proportion of 0.5% of weight of cement (asper IS 9103) to accelerate,retard setting of concrete improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Minimum cement content is 410Kg/m3.All work above plinth level upto floor V level.
18Providing ,hoisting and fixing at all level precast cement concrete string or lacing courses, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills, shelves, louvers, steps, stair cases, slabs,brackets etc. including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand conforming to IS383), cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing smooth with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand) on exposed surfaces complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding the cost of reinforcement with design mix cement concrete of M-25 grade conforming to IS 456 or IS 10262.Minimum cement content considered in this item is @ 400 kg/cum

31SH:- JOINERY WORKSProviding and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and frame work for partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminnium snap beading for glazing /paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately):For fixed portion Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS : 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)
32Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work for doors ,windows& partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections & other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 & IS:1285 fixed with rawl plugs & screws or with fixing clips including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions,at top,bottom & sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc.Aluminium sections shall be smooth,rust free,straight,mitred & jointed mechanically where ever required including cleat angle,aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling,cp brass/stainless steel screws,removing the stickers clearly all complete as per architectutral drawings & directions of Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.(glazing & panelling to be paid seperately).Minimum thickness of powder coating for powder coated Aluminium shall be 50 micron.For fixed portion

35Providing and fixing 12 mm thick toughened glass on existing approved frame for partition work as per manufacturers specification. 37Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately),including applying 2 coat PU ceramic coat, the surface suitably cleaned by using sand paper, filling of grains with wood filler and dent filler by applying approved wood stain for getting required shade over 2 coats of PU sealer ,sanding the surface after applying PU sealer and applying 2 coats of PU ceramic matt top coat. etc complete as per drawing. Second class teak wood.
38Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) 35 mm thick shutters,including applying 2 coat PU ceramic coat, the surface suitably cleaned by using sand paper, filling of grains with wood filler and dent filler by applying approved wood stain for getting required shade over 2 coats of PU sealer ,sanding the surface after applying PU sealer and applying 2 coats of PU ceramic matt top coat. etc complete as per drawing.Second class teak wood.
