| 1 | Designing, supplying and installation, testing and commissioning of Sports Light-Mast Polygonal Pole (suitable to install upto 48 luminaries), not less than 25m height and upto 28 Mtr in 3 sections [High mast shaft in two sections with suitable length having thickness 8 mm. (bottom section) and suitable length (Top section) thickness 6 mm and Head frame section of length 5 to 6 mtr. thickness 5 mm. 20 polygonal sided having diameter not less than 850 mm at bottom, 350 mm at top of the mast, for head frame section the dia mtr. shall be 350 mm both at bottom and top. The dia mtr. of baseplate shall be 1110 mm and thickness shall be 40mm. The entire fabricated mast shall be hot dip galvanized internally and externally in single dip having a uniform average thickness of 85 microns for plates more than 5 mm and 70 microns for 5 mm. The mast shaft shall be manufactured from high tensile steel plates confirming to BS EN 10025 having minimum yield strength of 355N/Sq. mm. Each mast shaft section shall have only one longitudinal weld except the bottom section with the max of 2 welds and with out any circumferential weld joint, with stress fit joints. Sections with more than one longitudinal weld except the bottom section shall not be accepted. The mast base flange shall be free from any lamination or incursion and provided with supplementary gussets between the bolt-holes to ensure elimination of helical stress concentration made of hot dip galvanised as per IS 2692/BSEN1461, shall withstand wind speed of 170Km/hr. The mast should also include single dome aviation obstruction light at the top of the pole, GI Lighting protection FINAL of 1200 mm long and connection to earth pit with 25mm x 5 mm GI Plate welded to the mast pole including termination. accessories required such as double drum, double gear (DDMFO) winch, 6mm dia, Stainless Steel wire rope with copper end terminals, cables for luminaries from bottom to top of mast, plug socket, connector, integral power tool of 1.5 kw motor including controlling switch gear, manual handle, cable gland, junction box extra. It should also include bull dog grip, PVC Buffer arrangement, cable gland, cast aluminium junction box, torque limiter, D-clamp hardware box and other accessories. Hight mast OEM should have been NABL certification for high mast structure material or should have a valid certification of ISO 9001. The pole shall includea) 75mm dia DWC/PVC/GI- pipe for cable entryb) Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of control panel for 25 mtr. Mast pole with necessary controlling incoming and outgoing switchgears for motor for lifting and lowering main rider unit, cabling for sports light fittings from sports light fittings to controlling switchgears control, aviation light control complete including connection etc. as required.c) Earthing of structure as per the relevant IS standardsNote1: The firm shall provide structural and foundation design ( wind load (170Kmph) and snow load calculation sheet, Structural stablity certificate, foundation design and Anchor bolt design refering to IS 875 part 3 and IS 800), the design shall confirm to structural stability in seismic zone 6, which is to be vetted by institutions like NIT or any approved structural engineer qualified for the job for which nothing extra shall be paid. | 3 | Desing, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LED Luminaries to illuminate sports fields for national level non televise matches, with lux level (vertical & Horizontal) glare level as per national lighting code 2010, maintenance factor > 0.85, uniformity, glare and other parameters as per national lighting code 2010 as amended up to date. The luminaries shall be fixed on High Mast pole with Head frame and shall comply with specification given in tender documents. the product shall comply with EN 62471 for Photo-biological safety. The luminaire should comply with all the required IEC and IS standards. LM79 and LM80 reports must be submitted from a NABL accredited laboratory. Luminaire and driver must have BIS certificate and the same must be submitted for records. For Proper Aiming luminaire should have provision for mounting of laser aiming device.
