| 1 | Hiring of Excavator cum-loader for cutting work filling and deposal etcetra with a minimum capacity of 30(Thirty) cubic meter per hour including pay of operators P.O.L charges repair of machinery pay of driver and other expenses. Any accident and other damages of private and Govt. property and loss of life occuired during the working hour will be the whole rasponsibility of the owner of the machinery. The disposal materials will be done by the owner of machinery to the dusposal point within all leads and lifts other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in –charge. |
