3Drilling tube well of 220mm dia as per IS 2800-1979 Percussion /Calux/RC/ODEX method required for drilling in collapsible strata conglomerates,boulders,pebbles,sand ,gravels,silt clay etc. including cost of attachments,extracasings,consumable stores,bits,water,POL,gravel pack in a space etc. complet in all respects as per IS 2800-1979 and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
4Supply and lowering of IS marked electric resistance welded MS pipe 200mm dia nominal size housing 6.4mm thickness confirming to IS4270-2001 with up to date ammendments if any, 3 to 6 meters in length, welded without any circumferential joints into bore hole in vertical position including cost of all scaffoldings derrics, poles clamps including cost of all cutting threading and welding of pipes etc completes in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in -charge.
5Supply and lowering of IS marked electric resistance welded MS pipe 200mm dia nominal size housing 6.4mm thickness outside dia metre 193.70 mm screwed and socketted confirming to IS4270-2001 with up to date ammendments if any, 4 to 7 meters in length pipe should have 940 slots per metre asa per IS-18110:1985 of 75x1.57mm slot size, welded without any circumferential joints into bore hole in vertical position including cost of all scaffoldings derrics, poles clamps including cost of all cutting threading and welding of pipes etc completes in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in -charge.
6Providing and fixing casing shoe for 200mm dia MSERW pipe as per requirment of ODEX attachment complete in all respects as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
7Collection and preservation of soil samples in polythene bags complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge
8Development of tubewell and yield testing with air compressor through V notch and disinfaction etc. complet in all respects as per IS 2800-1979 and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
9Development of tubewell by continous over pumping method with VT pump/ submersible pumps of suitable capacity not less than double the discharge esstablished by the compressor method/design discharge, untill the well is stand free as per IS-11189-1985 up to date ammendents if any, complete respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, the draw down in all and discharge to be established by running the VT/submersible pump constinously 8 hours in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge.
10Supplying and packing of gravel, consisting of hard quartz or other suitable material with an average specific gravity of not less than 2.5, not containing more than 2% by weight of thin flat of elangated pieces, shall be of sub rounded to rounded grains with minimum angular features of size 2-3.35 mm ,shall be free from impurities such as shafe, shale, mica, felspar, clay, sand,dirt loam,baematte and organic material as pe IS 4097-1967 with upto date amendments, if any, around intake of tubewell with minimum thickness of shroud around screen generally 100 mm to the entire depth of the bore as per 2800 (Part-I ) 1991 with upto date amendments, if any, with in all leads and lifts complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.
11Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning R.C.C. Elevated Circular Over head storage tanks as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix in foundation, walls, bottom slab , roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, all alied Civil Works, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls (3 mtr from the edge of each structure) , refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipeproper manifiold at outlet including all fittings, bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside ventilator with mosquito proof wire mesh,lightening arrester complete ,SFRC manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement water level indicator, RCC frames for all valves ventilating shafts shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves & other accessories shall be included in the rates of tanks . Battery Limit shall be considered as 3.00 m from the edge of the structure or the boundary of the land whichever is less.The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.The work shall include supplying of Five sets of structural design after testing the bearing capcity of soil and drawings, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge as per relevent data sheet and scope of work. 14Excavation in foundations and trenches (for pipes and pits in all depths etc.) in all lifts and in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft/hard rock, chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and saturated soils, stacking the excavated earth within all leads and lifts, clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinths, sides of foundation and trenches etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts including uprooting of trees, dressing of beds and sides, preparation of sub-grade, restoration of unmetalled/metalled/paved surfaces to original condition including shoring, strutting, timbering, dewatering wherever required, providing diversion for traffic, fixing night signals, caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses complete.
15Laying jointing with circumfrentiol butt welding joints by elect. ARC welding (welding thikness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness)GI flanged pipe (94 % butt welded & 6 % flanged) compairing to IS 1239, Laying wall thickness as specified belw capabe of withstanding required pressure, in/c mangacturing of fabrication of reducess/rapeas all short filler etc. as per site requirement made from parent lubes (earth work in trenches and the coar of providing flange in/c nuts and bolsts well be reasured and paid for sapartely) and all opeation as cuttingh welding , jointin fabarication of zee i.e. lowering and laying in hydrolic testing at manufacturing premises as per relevent code and specification complate in all respects to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge . the welding electrodsa shal be asper IS 814 if adhorni lmt. or ISI marked make. the rates also include entire carriage of material , flushing , caearing and hydrolic testing DiT test of ball added joints complete in all respect sto the best satisfaction and direction of engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

41Supply ,Installation ,Testing & Commissioning with automation energy efficient Submersible pumping set approved preferred make by the Jal Shakt Department ( Data Sheet No : 2) conforming to latest relevant BIS Code 8034:1976. The pump should be fitted with bronze impeller or suitable alloys suitable for handling clear water having greased packed bearings and shaft with wound stator on motor side and with soft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor (water proof type) of required HP & 2900/1450 rpm of reputed make conforming to BIS 9283-1979 latest with upto date amendments, totally dust and water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber and grease packed lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand non vertical loads with minimum wear and tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor. The pump set should include water level guards, erection clamps , cable clips, depth gauge NRV & Sluice valves of approved class etc. The work should be completed to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in – Charge. The HP are indicative.Since the re-survey and re-design of proposal/scheme is to be carried out by the lowest bidder, the design/drawings so approved by the competent authority after finalisation of design and drawings,any variation in HP and other accessories etc.The rate shall be worked out on prorata basis after approval of the competent authority and payment will be made accordingly.The rates shall be for complete Job to run the machinery in proper working. and should meet with the requirements. (Ist stage) For detailed design parameters/ requirements are given in Below. (ref. datasheet NO. 2 & technical sapecication for P/machinery at datasheet NO. 3)

The laying of pipe shall also include flanged joints duly welded in three layers (Two inner & one outer), where ever required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (Earth work in trenches and the cost of providing flanges i/c nut & bolts, gasket will be measured and paid for separately) and all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of tees i.e. lowering and laying in excavated trench to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing tail piece , reducers bend , tees , scour valves complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The damaged portion of the pipes and all the specials ( If damaged during laying & jointing operation of pipe) made form the parent tube shall be provided . The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, ButtWelded Joints, cleaning & hydraulic testing, D.P. test of butt welded joints , complete in all respect and to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts. (Butt Welding 94 % and M.S Flange Joint 6%)
