1Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by manual means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)and as per the direction of engineer in charge.
2Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement as per MORD technical Specification Clause 301 and direction of the Engineer in Charge (excluding cost of excavation and transportation to site).
3Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub-base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2, M30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridges and culverts (expansion joints), admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501.
4Earth work in excavation of fondation in hard soil within the initial lead & lift including dressing & levelling the bed & depositiong the excavated earth away from the site etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
5Filling sand-Supplying & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.
6Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 1106 of MoRD but excluding the charges of GST & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.-600 mm dia Single row
7Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1000 and 1200 of MoRD and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
8Cement concrete of M-150 having maximum compressive strength of 150 kg./cm2 ( test to be conducted) on 150 mm. cubes tested at 28 days including curing (tests conducted in accordance with IS-456 & IS-516) & conforming to clause-302 of IRC 21/1987 using clean crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of 40 mm. size down grade of approved quality to be protested in the laboratory) obtained from approved quarry the proportion mix, grading conforming to relevant ISI/IRC codes pre-approved including arranging of reinforcement as per approved drawing including hoisting, lowering concrete in layers not exceeding 150 mm. thick each compacting with vibrator watering & curing for 28 days centering shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves & beads where necessary including cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all labour machineries etc. required for the work complete in all respects including dismantling the centering & shuttering as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.-Foundation

11Providing Weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 of MORD specification for Rural roads but excluding the charges of GST and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

(Aluminium composite panel) used for sign boards with a thermoplastic core of low density polyethylene (LDPE) between two thick sheets of aluminium with over all thickness of 4mm and aluminum thickness of 0.5mm on both sides as per requirement in table 6.1 of IRC-67/2010 and as per technical specifically of clause 801.3 supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 40cm x 40cm x 60cm. 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing including excavation, curring but excluding the charges of GST etc. complete as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 1701 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.- Information signs
16Providing and fixing of typical MMSy Citizen sign board with logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Two MS plates of 2mm thick, top & middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The flat iron frame of both plate will be welded to 2nos 75mmx75mm of 12SWG sheet tubes posts duly embeded in C.C. M-15 grade blocks of 600mmx600mmx750mm, 750mm below ground level. The top most dimond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mmx47mm of 12SWG steel tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering & printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quailty in required shade & colour. All sections of framed posts & steel tubes will be painted with primer & two coats of paint as per drawing clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1
