1clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
2Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m All kinds of soil. 2.8.1
3Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation M-150 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
4Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation M-150 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
512 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)
6Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
7Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources).
8Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form fo Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.
9Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete
10Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)
11Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work
12Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in Charge. 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour design and pattern.
13Submersible Pump fitting including fixing labour T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (As per sanctioned estimate of Smart Toilet Work, Job No.CD-4 (180) dt. 28.11.2022)
14Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in foundation trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete for all lift.
15Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing,weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in charge .Play grounds / Public parks (1Mali for 2.00Acre)
16Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply and all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.Internal work - Exposed on wall 25 mm nominal dia Pipes
17Anti termite treatment by digging holes 30 cm deep and 4 cm dia, 6 to 7 holes around the tree using chemical emulsion at the rate of 1.5 liter per hole in two time or more application to get the trees free from termite infection chemicals used Chlorpyriphos 20% EC in the ratio of 1% concentration and as per direction of officer-in-charge
18Plantation of Trees, Shrubs, and Hedge at site i/c watering and removal of unserveiceable material’s as per direction of officer in charge (excluding cast of plant & water) Trees Plant
19Providing and stacking of Ficus bengalensis (Bargad) of height 120-135 cm. in big poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.
20Providing and stacking of Mangifera indica (Mango-grafted ) of height 60-75 cm. in big poly bag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.
21Providing and displaying of Phoenix palm having ht. 75 cm to 90 cm with 10 to 15 or more leaves, well developed, fresh and healthy in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.
22Providing and stacking of Azadirachta indica ( Neem ) of height 120-130cm in big polybag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.
23Providing and stacking of Delonix regia (Gulmohar) of height 150-165 cm. in big poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge
24Providing and stacking of Cassia fistula (Amaltash) of height 120-135 cm. in big poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge
25Providing and Displaying Golden Bottle brush Topiary well developed with fresh & healthy foliage 5 to 6 big ball 115 to 180 cm ht in 40 cm Cement Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

31Providing & laying Selection no. 1 doob grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light watering the same maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly,as per direction of officer in charge
32Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment)
33Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) : Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 4.75 mm
34Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).
