| 2 | Dismantling the rotary assembly of pump no 2 part by part after opening coupling keys, sleeve nut , bearing housing , bearing end cover , bearing , impeller key , lock nut , thrust coller stuffing bush , shaft sleeve, O ring shaft etc, by engaging skilled pump technician and helper as per direction of EIC. |

| 21 | Making fabricating for pump motor gland cover of supply aluminium sheet and fixing with nut bolt and necessary materials for the gland leakage line as per direction of EIC |
| 22 | Machining of the impeller by hand grinder (angle grinder) after demetalizing the rusted portion and worn out portions. |
| 23 | Re-assembling the pump rotating aaembly of pump no IV part by part with the supplied items and the old serviceable materials. |
| 24 | Making Dynamic Balancing of the rotating assembly and polishing of the impeller cooler as per requirement of the allied spares |
| 25 | Installation of repaired rotating assembly followed by installation of the upper hub with the aid of existing hoisting arrangement and then re-coupling the pump with the prime mover as per direction of EIC |
