2Construction of Lime processing/ mortar preparation chamber with platform (Outer Size: 2.40 M X 2.40 M) consist of 3 nos chamber (Size of Chamber 1: 2.40 M x 1.20 M, Size of Chamber 2 and 3: 1.20 M x 1.20 M) made with brick masonry (Outer wall: 250 mm thick. and Partition wall: 125 mm thick.) and with cement mortar (1:4), net cement punning inside of chamber and over brick flat soling platform including necessary building shed with bamboo and tarpaulin sheets, including the cost of all required labour, men, materials, hired charges of machineries, etc. as per the directions of the work incharge, superiors of the ASI from time to time, complete as per the specifications. (item no. 22)
3Labour charges for fixing double scaffolding system (Tube & Clamp System) with the purchased scaffolding materials on the interior and exterior side of building/structure, upto 15 meter height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval by the competent authority. [Note: - (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.], including the cost of all required labour, men, materials, hired charges of machineries, etc. as per the directions of the work incharge, superiors of the ASI from time to time, complete as per the specifications. 4Assembling and setting up temporary, barrier-like scaffolding structure to cordon off work area/ hazardous zone, by installing vertical posts, horizontal rails and bracing components, ensuring proper stability and securing it to a solid foundation by fixing the vertical post using plain cement concrete at ground level with reference to the drawing as per Annexure - I and further fixing a Barricade Cladding Sheets on the scaffolding structure, all complete while adhering to safety regulations, including the cost of all required labour, men, materials, hired charges of machineries, etc. as per the directions of the work incharge, superiors of the ASI from time to time, complete as per the specifications. 5Deplastering in dead, damaged, bulged, alvelous, cracked, weathered, slashed Lime mortar at an average height of 50 to 60 feet over scaffolding by means of chiseling, plastering over the scrubbing, brushing with wooden wire brush, steel wire brush, between the joints of brick masonry, including cleaning making ready surface free from impurities, dirt, dust, foreign materials etc., washing the surface with plain water etc., for pointing with lime mortar in traditional method including the cost of all required labour, men, materials, hired charges of machineries, etc. as per the directions of the work incharge, superiors of the ASI from time to time, complete as per the specifications. (item no. 25)
6Careful removal of Aluminium/ Gypsum false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge including the cost of all required labour, men, materials, hired charges of machineries, etc. as per the directions of the work incharge, superiors of the ASI from time to time, complete as per the specifications. (item no. 26)
7Careful removal of GI roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and rain water chanels, storm water etc., without causing any damage to the structural members, Heritage structure like steel truff, structures etc., and stacking required material at required place within 50 metres lead of: G.S. Sheet including the cost of all required labour, men, materials, hired charges of machineries, etc. as per the directions of the work incharge, superiors of the ASI from time to time, complete as per the specifications. (item no. 27)
8Careful removal of dismantling C.I. rain water pipe with fittings and clamps including cleaning dirt, dust, foreign materials etc., washing the surface with plain water etc., stacking the serviceable materials for reuse lead: 150 mm dia pipe including the cost of all required labour,men, materials, hired charges of machineries, curing, etc. as per the directions of the work incharge, superiors of the ASI from time to time, complete as per the specifications. (item no. 28)
9Carefully taking out the damaged/worn out/saline affected cracked bricks manually from the damaged portions from the wall, uprooting the deep penetration of tree roots from the structures manually wherever required including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead, including the cost of all required labour, men, materials, hired charges of machineries, etc. as per the directions of the work incharge, superiors of the ASI from time to time, complete as per the specification. (item no. 29)
10Stitching cracks in the brick masonry to arrest development of cracks or slashes in the brick masonry wall in lime mortar, cleaning with water, making surface ready for stitching the cracks in the required manner, after stitching with required size of bricks, fixing the strip chicken / diamond mesh with nails, followed by pure lime surkhi touch-up works prepared in traditional method Lime Surkhi Sand mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime: 1 Surkhi : 1 sand), prepared with necessary natural ingredients (mucilaginous materials, water etc., ingridients as per the requirement, site condition, directed by superiors, work incharge.), grinding lime mortar to the required specific form, fermentation, wiltering, process etc., curing with natural ingridients processed water etc., pure Lime Surkhi Sand mortar 1:1:1 including the cost of all required labour, men, materials, hired charges of machineries, etc. as per the directions of the work incharge, superiors of the ASI from time to time, complete as per the specifications. 11Repairs to RCC Slab including Chipping of loose portions of damaged RCC Slab concrete covers taking care to expose all rusted rebars, Cleaning of Rust from old rebar in RCC Slab by mean of iron wool, sandpaper, etc. to expose charcoal-black steel surface, Application of 2 coats of epoxy based anti-rust + bonding chemical over the exposed steel surface by means of brush and leaving the same to dry for 24 hours, Welding or tying of additional steel TMT rebar to missing portions of the beam/ slab with L-ends across existing reinforcement or with adequate lap length for better grip, Concreting of damaged area using rash screed (1:1.5:3), WPC and Plasticizer and leaving curing time of 7 days, Application of waterproofing chemical on applied surface from below to RCC undersurface by means of brush including the cost of all required labour, men, materials, hired charges of machineries, etc. as per the directions of the work incharge, superiors of the ASI from time to time, complete as per the specifications. 12Brick work using special size good quality bricks (200 x 125 x 50) with pure Lime Surkhi Sand mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime: 1 Surkhi : 1 sand), prepared with necessary natural ingredients (mucilaginous materials, water etc., ingridients as per the requirement, site condition, directed by superiors, work incharge.), grinding lime mortar to the required specific form, fermentation, wiltering, process etc., curing with natural ingridients processed water etc, in ancient structures at a height of average 50 to 60 feet over the scaffolding. Pure Lime should be slaked at site and Surkhi should be made from fine grinding of first class burnt clay bricks. 18Removal of rust item by cleaning and eliminating rust from metal object by removing dirt from the damaged portions, applying a rust-removing chemical (like vinegar), scrubbing with steel wool or a wire brush, cleaning the surface by brushing, removal of dust, dirt, foreign materials, preparation ready surface free from impurities, making ready surface for further repair works, thoroughly drying the cleaned metal and applying a layer of oil, paint, or other protective coating to safeguard the metal from future corrosion. 19Repairs to roof truss: structural steel members, rivets, fastened or welded in built up sections, trusses and steel frame works, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including the cost of all required labour, men, materials, hired charges of machineries, etc. as per the directions of the work incharge, superiors of the ASI from time to time, complete as per the specifications. 20Providing zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works including the cost of all required labour, men, materials, hired charges of machineries, etc. as per the directions of the work incharge, superiors of the ASI from time to time, complete as per the specifications. 21Providing synthetic enamel painting of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture including the cost of all required labour, men, materials, hired charges of machineries, etc. as per the directions of the work incharge, superiors of the ASI from time to time, complete as per the specifications.
