| 2 | Supply of mono block pre stressed concrete sleepers for 52/90R/60kg B.G.rails as per Indian Railway specifications including supply of one set of fittings, fasteners & fixtures for each sleepers for fixing with the rail section of standard size at site as per latest IR specification and also including loading ,transportation,unloading and stacking complete and as per direction of Engineer in charges. |
| 3 | Deep screening of the entire existing stone ballast to a depth of 250mm below bottom of PSC sleepers upto the formation level (duly following the procedure as given in para 238(2)€ or IR PWM & Para 6.3 of LMR manual/ under traffic condition& packing the entire muck away to make up/ under cess in embankment including leading the deep screening earth in cutting upto a lead of 100m to make up cess at embankment and reinforcing the screened clean ballast back into track including lifting the track to the proposed L section to get a minimum cushion of 250mm below the bottom PSC sleepers including aligning levelling and grading the track to approved longitudinal and transverse profile attending to one round of packing as directed by Engineeer-in-charge to facilitate allowing train @ 20kmph ordinary track. |
| 4 | Labour charges for fixing of sleepers in B.G private siding at required spacings as specified including fixing the fasteners, ERC clips, pandrel clips, washers etc., and excavation of the available ballast materials dismantling the existing sleepers, screening the excavated ballast, removal of slacks or any other foreign matters restoring the ballast including the extra quantity required from the slacks available, fixing the new sleepers surrounded by the ballast and packing well the sides, bottom of sleepers and maintaining the required gauge complete as directed by the engineer-in-charge. |
