| 3 | 1 Red bajri will be supplied at different parks under the jurisdiction of EE/HCD-6.2 For measuurement purposes, supplying will be done by the contractor at various location as pe the list attached in NIT without any extra payment. The concerned AE and AD will check the quantity & quality. After quality inspection and necessary testing, it will be handed over to the AD/Hort. for spreading.3 Red bajri must be supplied promptly to the specified location and in the required quantity. The agency will be notified two days in advance.4 Agency will have to execute the work at any location wherever required in the parks jurisdiction of DD/HD-V/DDA at any time within the contract period and whatever the quantum of the work given to the agency.5 If required as per urgency of work, agency shall be bound to execute the work simultaneously at different parks under jurisdiction of DD/HD-V/DDA.6 Failure to comply with the above-mentioned conditions within the time frame will result in penalties of min.
