12Wall Panelling System: Supply , Installation, Testing and Comissioning of the wall panels should be manufactured with a 0.8mm thick Galvanized sheet. The wall panels should be reinforced by MR grade Soaked plasterboard with a thickness of 15 mm or above thickness. the wall panels should be manufactured with a 0.8mm thick Galvanized sheet in accordance with IS277:2018. The wall paneling/partition systems of the Modular Operation Theatre shall be tested and certified according to BS:476 Part (20 & 22)-1987 from authorized Fire Research Laboratory under the Government of India to ensure that the wall paneling/partition meets the fire resistance rating criteria of one twenty minutes on thermal insulation, integrity, and stability parameters. Valid certificate/test report shall be submitted along with the bid for technical bid approval. The grid section shall be made of three elements: - Lower wall element (approx. 900mm high). Upper wall element (approx. 1800mm high). A customizable installation module of 200 mm between the lower and upper wall element. The facory made antimicrobial powder coating should provide 24-hour protection against bacteria, fungi and mold. This should be confirmed by third party certificate as per ISO 22196:2011 for minimum 9 different bacteria and 2 different fungus. Valid certificate/test report shall be submitted along with the bid for technical bid approval. Any kind of cutting, chipping, spraying and painting at site shall be deemed unacceptable. Panels should be mounted on a structure made of galvanized steel / iron of a thickness of 1.5 to 2 mm. The structure should be of square tube of minimum 38x38 mm. It should enable the distribution of medical gases, electricity and all required fittings etc inside the wall. The joints between the panels should be between 6 -10 mm and should be provided with a press fit food grade antimicrobial (as per ISO 22196:2011) silicone gasket to close the gap. Sound proof up to 47 dB or better. Valid certificate/test report shall be submitted along with the bid for technical bid approval. The system shall be 100% modular to ensure quick and easy installation, maintenance, retrofitting and upgradation including Free-standing sub frames, perimeter wall panels and removable sealing gaskets. The system shall be installed at site without any welding.The Wall panels should be CE compliance/DIN 1.4301 certified.OEM shall submit the material verification quality report at the time of pre-dispatch of the material.
13Ceiling System: Supply , Installation, Testing and Comissioning of the ceiling panels should be manufactured with high-quality 0.8 mm thick galvanized sheet with Soaked plasterboard combined with glued with a thickness of 10-12 mm thickness. OR The state-of-the-art standard for modular OT ceilings is the 0.8mm antibacterial steel clip-in tile system at 1200×600mm. This system provides: • Individual tile access in under a minute. • Zero civil works for above-ceiling maintenance. • Consistent antibacterial surface with no joints, cracks, or plasterboard edges. • Reduced dead load on the ceiling substructure. • Each Individual Panels can be removed without affecting other ceiling tiles.and should be factory made antimicrobial powder-coated as per ISO 22196:2011 in any RAL color. Ceiling tiles shall be tested and certified for ASTM E84 to ensure that the material does not provoke fire and does not generate smoke. Valid certificate/test report shall be submitted along with the bid for technical bid approval. Ceiling tiles should have a standard module sized of 1200 x 600 mm. Installation Ceiling should create a tight space without any leakage. The ceiling panels mounted to the structure can be removed individually to access the area above ceiling. The Ceiling system should be CE compliance/DIN 1.4301 certified. OEM shall submit the material verification quality report at the time of pre-dispatch of the material. 3.3.2 along with suitable supports/substructure frame.
14Supply , Installation, Testing and Comissioning of Storage Unit

17Storage shall have two-point locking system with Chrome finished D-Handles. Storage shall have adjustable shelves and there shall be 4 loading levels. Each Shelf shall have loading capacity of 35 Kg uniformly distribute load. Storage rack shall have 4 set of soft closing hinges for noiseless operation. Door shall have feature of opening angle of 135-165 degree for complete fumigation inside the corners.

20Compact surgical scrub sink should be designed for use in OT complex providing for pre procedural scrub up.( Double sink combination as suitable)
21Each fixture should be fabricated from heavy gauge type 304 stainless steel (minimum thickness 1.5mm) and should be seamless welded construction, polished to a satin finish with all required fittingshigh and rich specification.
22The scrub sink should be provided with a front access panel which should be easily removed for access to the water controlled valve, waste connections, stoppers and strainers.
23Hands free operation should include infra red sensors with programmable adjustment.
24Thermostatic mixing, valve control should be located behind the access panel and maintain constant water temperature.
25Timing should be adjustable to meet individual application requirements.
26Provided with infrared sensors, thermostatic control taps with fail safe temperature controls.
27All units should have reduced anti- splash fronts.
28Supply , Installation, Testing and Comissioning of PVC Flooring It should be with 2mm antistatic seamless PVC flooring Floor should be smooth, non-slip, impervious homogeneos material conductive enough to dissipate static electricity but not conductive enough to endanger personnel from electric shock.Electrostatic charge dissipation combat PVC seamless self leveling.flooring of very high quality should be provided Thickness not less than 2 mm. Continuous roll should be used and joints should be welded by special PVC thermal welding units using PVC welding bars of same colour The sheets should be highly durable with resistance to shock and indentation. It should be scratchproof also. The conductive material should be homogeneos grains.It should be inert to body fluids, chemicals and disinfectants. Should not be affected by temperature variation within theOT.The floor should efficiently discharge electric charges up to 2 kV Flooring should be done by skilled workers of accredited agencies authorized by the supplier of PVC sheets. The electrical resistance (point to ground) should be within2.5x10^4 to 5x10^6 ohms. The floor should not allow build up of electrical charge beyond 100 volts due to antistatic effect. The corners should not be terminated sharply and concealed cove- former (aluminium) should be used to overlap the wall panel to a height of approx.100mm and sealed perfectly and uniformly. Self leveling compounds should be used. The conductive copper grid laid underneath the PVC sheet should be supported by liquid epoxy compounds allowed to set as a uniform and level surface. The copper strips to be made visible by grinding and no copper strip should project more than 0.5mm above level surface to avoid damage to the PVC sheet. One earthing lead should be brought out from every 150sq.ft area and attaching it to the main earthing strip/ground. Copper grounding strips (0.05 mm thick, 50 mm width) should be laid flat on the floor in the conductive adhesive and connected to copper strip of grounding. The connection from copper grid should be brought out uniformly at places to form equipotential grid.Flooring should be mechanically shock proof, scratch proof, fire resistance should be not less then or equal to 8kw/sqmantibectrial corners should be uniformly curved and required sound insulation.
29HERMETICALLY SEALED DOOR Door sizes should be as per below option and quantities will be as per BOQ of respective institute Door Size 2.1 M(H) X 1.5M(W) /Size 2.1 M(H) X 1.8M(W) Supply , Installation, Testing and Comissioning of the door shall be designed to open and close by waving a hand at a distance of 10 cm from the sensor (touchless sensors provided on both sides) and shall also be equipped with a foot-operated switch. The doors shall additionally have the feature of effortless manual operation in case of failure of the automatic mechanism. The track should be of stainless steel/Aluminum and the running surface for the top rollers should be suitably angled to reduce resistance to movement The door leaf should be hung by means of hard plastic rollers of high quality with double bearing at the top. Rollers should be provided under the stainless steel/Aluminium track to enable smooth and noiseless movement. Opening and closing of the door should be microprocessor controlled electromechanical movement. The door material should be of same as wall panelling material Color should match the interior and care should be taken to make the leaf strong and light weight. One should be able to open and close the door effortlessly incase of failure of automatic mechanism. Door opening handle should be strong and sturdy. Material should be of SS (gloss/matte finish). Door leaf should have high quality synthetic rubber gasket with long life to ensure hermetic sealing (to maintain air pressure differential). Air tightness 99.99% at a pressure of minimum 75Pa The finished floor on either side of the door should be perfectly level (maximum permissible difference +1mm). The door is designed and constructed in accordance with the fire-resistance requirements of BS 476 (Parts 20 & 22): 1987 and IS 3614 (Part 2): 2021. The overall thickness of the finished door should be 50- 60mm. The inner part of the door should be filled with CFC free polyurethane foam / Honey Comb / Mineral wool thickness of 48mm or nearby. (Sealed airtight to prevent further ingress of any microbial organism). The door and controls should comply with IEE regulation. All motors used should be DC brushless/PMDC motors with essential isolation from mains.Door should be with vision window 300 mm x 300 mm with double glazed panels and hermetically sealed.

Stationed in the visiblity line of surgeon and ot staff the access Hieght Should be convenient for the nurse to opreate and help/assistant when in need. the panel should accomodate digital clock and the elipsed time indicator .the medical gas alarm should indicate high and low gas pressure for each gas servicein the ot and normal low indication for vacuum this should be supported by audible alarm also the panel should have an alarm mute facility the sensor should be at nearst isolation valve control for general lighting on-off to be provided. the control opreating light to be provided hand free telephone should be located one side. terprature and humidity set points/display. digital room pressure in cm of H2O or equivalent. Hepa filter Bank Differential pressure indicator.Operation capability while wearing surgical latex gloves. The system shall include an OT Occupancy Control feature within the Touch Control Panel. When a surgery is in progress, this feature will prevent unauthorized door opening through the hand-wave sensor. During OT occupancy, the door shall remain locked from the sensor control and can only be operated through the foot switch or authorized control panel command. This prevents accidental door opening due to hand-wave sensor activation in high-traffic areas such as corridors during trolley or patient movement. it should have CE compliance 1.8.1 The control panel shall be touch screen pane This control panel shall work as the central control panel for the HVAC controls, instruction board, touch screen and ON/OFF of MOT light. 35Pressure relief dampers or over flow ports should be provided in each room to prevent contamination of air from clean and dirty areas.
36Suitably sized air pressure relief damper should be strategically placed, enabling differential room pressure to be maintained and ensure that when doors are opened betweenclean and dirty areas.
37Counter- weight balancing system should be provided in the PRD to maintain positive pressure inside the operation room.
38Air pressure stabilizers should have unique capability of controlling differential pressure to close tolerance. The PRD should remain closed at pressure below the set pressure and should open fully at a pressure only fractionally above the threshold pressure.

50One operating list board should be provided in each operating theater.

52Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of peripheral OT LED lights, recessed-mounted, IP66-rated, non-hygroscopic luminaires suitable for cleanroom applications, providing a minimum illumination level of 500–700 lux on the operating table. The lights shall be equipped with dimming control through a touch control panel.Luminaries cover shall be made of highly resistant, disinfectant proof laminated acrylic sheet with stylish fine-grained surface, light box shall have laminated transparent acrylic screwed. The dimensions shall be: 2 ft(L) X 2ft(W). Light cover shall have provision to open from bottom side when necessary for maintenance and placed it back after maintenace to form hermetic sealing. The reflectors shall be of high quality, cleanable and non-deteriorating. Recess frames shall be gas tight. The fitting shall remain flushed with the ceiling and shall be removable when required. The light fitting shall be uniformly and aesthetically distributed on the ceiling to provide uniform illumination in the modular operation theater. Light shall not interfere when green mode endoscopy is performed. The light box / body shall be factory made antibacterial powder coated.
