Name of Work:- Provision of Lightning arrester, LTUG Cable and AC unit arrangements to the Integrated Commercial Taxes Office building at Coimbatore for Intelligence Wing in South West portion of the existing Commercial Taxes Office c us in Coimbatore District (Third Call).

1Supply and fixing of 250A capacity dust and vermin proof cubic panel board of suitable size (6ft x 6ft x 1.5 ft) CRCA sheet for outer body and stiffness and doors, switches supports respectively and with supply and fixing of the following interior mounting switches with centre busbar chamber and vertical covers on both side of the busbar chamber at the extreme ends side and conforming to I.S Specification. 1. 250A FP SDF Double Break switch with HRC fuse units and Inderlock system - 1No as incoming. Outgoings: (1) 100A TPN switch disconnector fuse units interior only with HRC fuses double break-5 nos. (Higher end make)(2)63A TPN switch disconnector fuse units interior only with HRC fuses double break - 2 Nos. (Higher end make)
2A separate chamber on top of one side should be built with (0-500V) Voltmeter (0-315A) Ammeter CT selector switches with one set of LED pilot lamp set with fuse base, top with 10A HRC link for 3 phase. The bus for phase will have 3 Nos. of 1½\\" x 1/4\\" Cu. flat and Neutral with 1½\\" x 1/4\\" Cu. flat, The earth bus with two runs of 1\\" x 1/8\\" Cu flat, must be run all round the panel to provide double earth connection to the cubicle switches cable glands, cable adopter box etc., the bus should be mounted on synthetic enamel compound bus supports at equal interval as per IS specifications. The incoming 315A switch should be connected to the bus with same size of 1½\\" x 1/4\\", 125A switch should be connected with 30mmx3mm Cu. flat, 63A switches should be connected with No.8 SWG Cu. The switch should be separated from the bus by 6mm thick hylum sheet separators, and properly earthed by tinned solid copper flat as per I.E rules CEIG specifications. The panel should be painted with two coats of high quality enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, the cable size, capacity of switch, location etc., should be marked with white paint and 2 Nos, metallic danger board affixed complete with mounting on base channel supports
3Supply and fixing of 3000VA UPS with 2 Nos 12V 150AH tubular battery with 1 hour backup and 48months warranty for mentioned capacity on full load operation and the following features.a) Inverter shall be free from workmanship defects, sharp edges, nicks, scratches, burs etc, all fasteners shall be fixed properly. The equipments shall be complete with all parts and all parts shall be functional.b) Enclosure shall conform to protection requirement of IRL to IS 13947 (part 1) 1993.c) Switching device shall be MOSFET (or) IGBT.d) Switching frequency shall be about 50HZ.II. Input ; 120V to 260V 50 HZ single phase ACIII. Output : The variation in output voltage from NO- load to full load expressed as a percentage of no load voltage shall not exceed +1.5% over + 10 % and 20 % variation of the rated DC input voltage. The frequency of the output voltage shall be 50 HZ ± 1.3%.
4IV). Inverter efficiency minimum 85% as per CI.T.93 of ISS.v) Over load: inverter shall withstand 10% overload for at least 10 minutes.V).Protections.VI). a) When the Input voltage goes outside the range 120 volts and 260 volts the system shall switch over to inverter mode.b). Against over voltage, short circuit and over load at inverter output terminals.c). Battery reverses polarity.d). Protection against over discharge,The load shall be cut off as soon as the voltage of the battery terminal falls below.i) 10.5V for 12V and ii) 21V for 24V battery system. e). The inverter shall incorporate an arrangement for automatic change-over of load from main supply to the inverter AC output in case of failure of mains supply with correct pending indication as per CL; 5.6 of IS 13314/ 1992 f). inverter should have surge protection also
5VII indicators.a) Following indicators shall be provided.i) Mains presenceii) Mains mode.iii) Battery charging.iv) INVERTER MODE v) Battery low.4 battery bank; 12 Volts lead battery to IS 7372(1995 ) with amdts.No1,2&3 shall be reputed makes with ISI.9) Battery stand with wheel angle iron frame arranged. 6Supply erection testing commissioning of 2.00TR (6000 KCal/Hr) ABS Plastic split type Air Conditioner confirming to IS1391[Part 2] 1992 with Rotary compressor operating on refrigerant R-22/Non CFL suitable for wall mounting for operating on 230V 50HZ single phase AC supply with Three Star rating Model as per BEE Specification and capable of performing the following functions. A) Cooling, B) dehumidifying C) Air circulating D) Filtering the installation work for the above split type AC units includes the following.1. Mounting /fitting indoor and outdoor units at their respective locations. 2. Laying refrigerant pipe line of 6mtrs distance and connecting the both units after drilling hole in the wall if required thickness of the copper tubing shall not be less than 0.80mm
73. Insulating the suction pipe with expanded polythene foam 5mm thick tubing. 4. Laying 15mm dia flexible PVC drain pipe of 6mtrs length to throw out the condensate water being formed in the indoor unit. 5. Leak testing the entire gas unit. 6. Charging refrigerant gas in the unit. 7. suitable electric wiring to be provided with 2.5sq.mm PVC insulated copper wire between indoor and outdoor units up to 4mtrs length and up to switch within 3mtrs of location of indoor unit.
8Supply and fixing of 5KVA Automatic voltage stabilizer of wall mounting type with Automatic time delay switching arrangements suitable to operate on 230V Single phase supply.
9Supply and laying of 5/8'' and 3/8'' copper pipe (Extra beyond 3Mtrs supplied with AC Unit)
10Supply and fixing of MS Stand for fixing outdoor unit.
11Supply and fixing of water drain line (1'' PVC Pipe) (For Split AC Unit)
12Supply and Laying of 3 ½ x 185 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG cable in suitable size HDPE pipe in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre and refilling the earth to make good. (From 400A Switch to 315A Panel)
13Supply and clamping of 3 ½ x 185sq.mm PVC LTUG armoured LTUG cable on post or on wall with MS Clamps.
14Supply and fixing of brass cable gland for 3½ x 185 sq.mm PVC armoured LTUG cable, with earth connection
15Supply and providing cable end termination of 3½ x 185 sq mm PVC LTUG Aluminum armoured cable with necessary aluminium cable sockets by crimping etc. with electrical connection complete
16Supply and Laying of 3 ½ x 150 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG cable in suitable size HDPE pipe in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre and refilling the earth to make good. (From 315A panel to 250A Panel)
17Supply and clamping of 3 ½ x 150sq.mm PVC LTUG armoured LTUG cable on post or on wall with MS Clamps.

21Supply and Installation of 8mm dia Aluminium alloy Solid Round Conductor of material AlMgSi used in air termination and down conductor system . 23Supply and Installation of Rust resistant non corossive 10 mm dia Copper Bonded Steel round conductor used for Earth termination inside the concrete and soil.
