1Supply and fixing of 8 mm solid round Aluminium conductor manufactured from EC Grade Aluminium (Min Purity 99.5%) specifically designed for use as an air termination conductor, down conductor, and mesh conductor in external lightning protection system. The conductor shall be free from kinks, surface defects and mechanical damage. It shall be suitable for bending and fixing on standard lightning protection fixings without cracking all as per IEC 62561-2 and IEC 62305 including taking down GI strip of size 25X3 mm and air termination rods of size 12mm dia and 300 mm long all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
2Supply and fixing UV stabilised PVC Holder with fasteners suitable for securing 8 mm aluminium conductor on Concrete, masonry, metal sheets, parapet walls and rooftop structures including all required bolts, nuts, washers and base plugs. It shall be designed for use in outdoor exposed environment and temperature variations and non metallic to avoid galvanic corrosion and ensure electrical isolation from the structure. It shall securely fix and support the conductor on rooftops, walls, parapets, and structures while maintaining proper routing and separation distance all as specified and as directed.
3M&L for cross connector made up of high quality Aluminium alloy used to join two conductors at right angles for creating a grid or bonding in the lightning protection work and to prevent galvanic corrosion. It shall electrically connect intersecting conductors and form lightning protection meshes or bonding networks,it shall have low electrical resistance and excellent corrosion resistance all as specified and as directed.
4M&L for expansion piece made up of Aluminium for 8 mm aluminium conductor allowing thermal expansion and contraction of long conductor runs preventing thermal stresses on conductors and breaking, stress or damage all as specified and as directed
5Maintenance free chemical earthing comprising of suitable Nos of earthing with specifications given: (a) Copper bonded to MS earth rod of min size 17.2mm dia x 3 mtr long, ISI marked and IED 62561-2:2018 certified.(b) Fixing of 8 mm Aluminium conductor to the main earth electrode by suitable means. (c) Use of excel electrofill plus compound (IEC 62561 - 7: 2018 certified) mixed with soil having adequate moisture retention copability to a depth of approx one metre from the bottom the pit. (Approx-40 kg). (d) Addition of carbon based RoHS & TCLP- certified electrofill compound (high conductivity), mixed with soil and water to form a slurry and filled upto 35 percent of the pit depth above the base compund layer (Approx-40 kg). e) Add gravel at the top of the portion for easy passage of water and removal of air bubbles at the time of filling of electrofill plus excel compound is necessary for easy dissipation of fault current.(f) Fixing of PVC earth pit chamber of size 24 x 24 cm with M8 SS 304- grade nut and bolts all as specified.(g) FRP earthing display board 254x 380mm made out of plastic material showing information related to type of earthing, earthing result, due data of plastic hollow pipe of 20mm dia. Note- Cost of earthing and excavation incl in rate quoted.
6M & L in replacement of single pointed Franklin air termination copper bonded aluminium rod 17.3 mm dia 2 m long on roof surface for lightning interception on low height areas and connecting with the Aluminium earth conductor grid of lightning protection system complete with base, mounting brackets and conductor connection clamp all as directed and specified.
7M & L in replacement of Hot Dipped Galvanized steel mast of 5 m height complete with air terminal (Conventional spike of min 0.3 m height), base plate, anchor bolts and connection accessories providing high level lightning interception point increasing the protection radius on taller structures and connecting with the Aluminium earth conductor grid of lightning protection system complete all as directed and specified.
8M&L for test link/ test clamp made up of Aluminium/Copper bonded alloy, it shall be manufactured from high quality copper alloy or brass with excellent corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity, it shall comply with relevant standards (such as IEC 62561-1, BS EN 50164-1) for earthing and lightning protection complete with all fittings for 8 mm Aluminium conductor all as specified and as directed
9M &L in replacement of plate earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of clear coal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15cm on all sides and incl galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with nuts, bolts & check nuts) and revetted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of equipments etc and also including 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth plate to ground level for watering complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12mm graded crushed stone aggregate and RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation & earth work, etc as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed. Note :- PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.0 metre away from the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.
10M & L in replacement of earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required of size 32 mm x 6 mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed.
11SITC in replacement of Digital grounding device of 240 kA, 3 phase, 4 wire with following test and certifications:-(a) IEC 61643-11-2011 on IEC test format IEC61643-11B(b) Conformation of attestation certificate with test report number and test parameters mentioned in the certificate(c) High Voltage lightning impulse current withstand test of minimum 35 kA, 8/20 micro second by Central power Reseach Institute of India(d) Enclosures, earth to neutral voltage monitoring device, 63 Amps MCCB with enclosures with connection and wiring as required.In addition to this, it shall adhere to the following:-(i) Digital Grounding Device should provide maintenance free grounding and provide protection to connected sensitive equipments from abnormal electrical disturbances such as surges, transient over voltages, electrical noise, induced surges, from in-coming power supply. (ii) Rated voltage : Three Phase : 380-415 Volts AC - Three Phase 4 wire(iii) Surge handling capacity Three Phase: 240 kA (8/20 micro seconds) (iv) Max Continuous Operating voltage (Uc) as per IEC test criteria 275 volts (L-N,), 255 Volts (N-G) Test certificate required(v) Mode of protection Three Phase: 7 mode (L1-N, L2-N, L3-N , L1-G, L2-G, L3-G and N-G) (vi) Max. 15M & L for 30 metre Borewell Earthing by drilling 6\\" dia bore hole with DTH bore machine and in any type of strata. providing 6\\" dia MS pipe class-A upto 3 mtr depth from top level and 50 mm dia medium grade GI pipe upto 30 mtr duly drilled all around 15 mm dia hole at a distance of 200mm from hole to hole upto 12 meter from bottom and providing charcol/ salt mixture all around the pipe and connecting top edge of pipe with galvanised earth strip of size 50 x 6mm upto 7.5 meter upto test point including earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12mm graded crushed stone aggregate and RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation & earth work complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (i) Earth results should not be more than 1 (one ) Ohm.
16M & L for 25 metre Borewell Earthing by drilling 6\\" dia bore hole with DTH bore machine and in any type of strata. providing 6\\" dia MS pipe class-A upto 3 mtr depth from top level and 50 mm dia medium grade GI pipe upto 25 mtr duly drilled all around 15 mm dia hole at a distance of 200mm from hole to hole upto 12 meter from bottom and providing charcol/ salt mixture all around the pipe and connecting top edge of pipe with galvanised earth strip of size 50 x 6mm upto 7.5 meter upto test point including earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12mm graded crushed stone aggregate and RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation & earth work complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (i) Earth results should not be more than 1 (one ) Ohm.
17Supply for backfilling potassium nitrate (KNO3) or Kalmi Shora for earthing system to improve the conductivity of soil complete all as specified and directed.
18M & L in replacement PCC pit chamber and RCC cover by making earth pit PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12mm graded crushed stone aggregate a including dismantling exting broken pit chamber and pit cover and fixing of new RCC cover with iron frame complete all as specified and directed.
