2Taking down cement plaster/rough cast plaster from brick walls/soffits of roof projections & chajjas /ceilings etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc including disposal of rubbish material to any distance out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.
3Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200 ml per bag of cement of 50kg, finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only under appropriate item of BOQ.
4Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.
5Material and labour for rendering/plastering 12 mm thick in CM (1:6) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.
6Material and labour for rough cast plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer not less than 10mm cement plaster (1:3) (1 cement: 3 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of (1: 1: 1) shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered, complete in all respects and as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
7Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description (any layer) from external/internal wall/ceiling surfaces, soffits/chajja/roof projection surfaces etc., by scraping steel patti or Mechanical sander/grinder machine having suction vaccum Bag (Smart periodical methodology), complete all as specified and as directed.
8Material and labour for preparation of interior surfaces of walls/ceiling/soffits etc (on new surface or old prepared surface after complete removal where directed through site order book), applying acrylic putty is a water-based, Smooth, creamy paste (ready-to-use), white or off-white color (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers), including sanding with wall sander after filling the putty in first coat/second coat to make surface smooth and ready for receiving further painting work complete all as specified and as directed.Notes : (i) The prepared surface after putty, the contractor will inform to the Engineer-in-Charge/GE for site inspection before applying further finishes. Further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.
9Material and labour for applying 02 coats of interior acrylic emulsion paint of approved tint/shade (Company Depot Tinted) @ 8 sq.m/litre/2 coats to wall surfaces (on new or old surface, prepared after complete removal, and applying putty etc) over and including a coat of interior primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat (primer shall be same make as acrylic emulsion paint), paint and primer applying by using paint roller brush complete all as specified and as directed.Brand and Make of interior acrylic emulsion paint: - Bison Acrylic Emulsion of Berger / Tractor Emulsion of Asian / Beaty Smooth of Nerolac Brand and Make of primer: - Seal O Primer of Berger / Smart Care Primero of Asian / Excel Alkali Prime of Nerolac

11Material and labour for preparation of old treated surfaces (plastered / unplastered) of walls/pillars /cornices by remove / scraping down all loose treatment etc with using broom, wire brush or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying one coat of white wash by using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed.
12Material and labour for preparation of existing internal treated vertical surfaces by removing/scraping all loose paint, treatment, dust, dirt and other foreign matter using broom, paint brush, sand paper, wall sander or any other suitable means as required. The surfaces shall be thoroughly cleaned with a dry or slightly damp cloth. The item includes filling of nail holes, pin holes, minor undulations and hairline cracks with approved acrylic putty wherever required and prepared to obtain a smooth and even finish. Thereafter, applying one coat of Interior Acrylic Emulsion Paint of approved make, shade and tint (Company Depot Tinted) matching the existing colour, having a spreading rate of approximately 15 Sqm per litre per coat, using paint roller/brush. The rate shall also include application of additional coats, wherever necessary, to achieve uniform shade, proper coverage and smooth finish, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Brand and Make of interior acrylic emulsion paint: - Bison Acrylic Emulsion of Berger / Tractor Emulsion of Asian / Beaty Smooth of Nerolac
13Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, including cleaning the surface free from dust, dirt, grease, oil and other foreign matter and surface imperfections by rubbing down with emery paper/sand paper or by other approved means to obtain a clean, smooth and even surface and further applying one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of first-quality synthetic enamel paint of approved brand, shade and tint, each coat applied by brush only after proper preparation and complete drying of the preceding coat, to produce a smooth, uniform, durable and aesthetically acceptable finish, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
14Material and labour for preparation of external surface (any treated or untreated) of walls / Soffits of Chajjas / Roof Projections etc. by removing/scraping all loose paint, treatment, dust, dirt and other foreign matter using broom, paint brush, sand paper, wall sander or any other suitable means as required and applying two coats of premium quality water-based exterior emulsion paint based on 100% acrylic binder with silicone additives, having VOC content not exceeding 50 g/litre when tested in accordance with IS 101 (Part 2/Sec 2) and UV resistance conforming to IS 15489:2004 or latest revision, of approved brand and manufacture, in camouflage pattern using 4 to 5 approved colour shades as per pattern approved by the Engineer-in-Charge or as per existing pattern. The paint shall have a coverage capacity of approximately 6.5 to 7.5 square metres per litre for two coats and shall be applied over one coat of alkali-resistant water-based exterior primer of the same make having a coverage capacity of approximately 11 to 14 square metres per litre per coat, the paint shall be applied by brush, roller or airless spray gun as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations to achieve a uniform finish and camouflage pattern, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Brand and Make of primer: - Seal O Primer of Berger / Smart Care Primero of Asian / Excel Alkali Prime of Nerolac /Weathershield Alkali Bloc PU+ Primer of DuluxBrand and Make of exterior acrylic emulsion paint: - Apex Ultima of Asian / Weather Coat antidust of Berger / Weather shield Protect of Dulux / Excel Total of NerolacNotes : (i) A minimum interval of 4 to 6 hours, or such duration as recommended by the manufacturer, shall be maintained between successive coats to ensure proper drying, curing and adhesion of the paint system.(ii) The percentage, distribution, arrangement, sequence and configuration of the approved colour shades forming the camouflage pattern shall be finalized by the Engineer-in-Charge/Station Authority using 4 to 5 approved colour shades having RGB values within the range of 110 to 171, ensuring adequate colour variation and blending to achieve the desired camouflage effect.(iii) The approved camouflage pattern shall be maintained uniformly throughout the work. Any deviation from the approved pattern, colour shades or workmanship standards shall be rectified by the Contractor at his own cost and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
15Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-15 (Nominal mix) using 20mm nominal size of graded coarse aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands complete all as specified and as directed.(NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of BOQ.
16Form work to flat sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings , lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, sides of chajjas, fascias, fins etc and similar works rough finished flat surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
17Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars, grade Fe 500D/550D, 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.(NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)
18Material and labour for hard core of broken bricks of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
19Material and labour for PCC ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed
20Material & Labour for 40 mm thick damp proof course to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork in cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0, (using 12mm graded stone aggregate), including supply and mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200 gm per bag of cement of 50kg, including Polythene film, 50 micron thick, laid on a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg per sqm, complete all as specified and as directed.
21Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC in cement mortar (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, the surface finished fair/rough complete all as specified and directed
22M&L for providing vitrified tiles (approved light shade), as per IS 15622: 2017 and IS 13712: 2019, group B Ia, having thickness not less than 8mm, premium quality having water absorption should be between 0% to 0.5%, straight edge/rectified, stain free, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.42 Sqm (square/rectangular), as in Flooring and connected skirting, set and jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and pointed in White/Coloured Cement, laid over and including Screed Bed 15mm thick for floor and 10mm for skirting in Cement Mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.
23Material and labour for providing and fixing machine-cut Kota stone slabs, 16–18mm thick (minimum), of approved quality, colour and shade, Kota stone size of slab not less than 550x500mm, as in flooring, cut to the required size and shape, dressed true, set and jointed in position over and including a 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed bed, laid to the required line, level and slope, with neat cement slurry. The work shall include cutting, dressing, trimming, machine finishing, forming mitred joints where required, pointing joints with white cement mixed with suitable matching pigment to match the colour and shade of the stone, rubbing, grinding and final polishing by machine/hand-held polishing machine to produce a smooth, even and lustrous finish, complete in all respects, as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
24Material and labour for providing and fixing machine-cut Kota stone slabs, 16–18mm thick (minimum), of approved quality, colour and shade, in stair treads, risers, landings, skirting, dado, pillar cladding and other similar locations, cut to the required size and shape, dressed true, set and jointed in position over and including a 10mm thick cement mortar (1:3) screed bed, laid to the required line, level and slope, with neat cement slurry. The work shall include cutting, dressing, trimming, machine finishing, forming mitred joints where required, rounding or chamfering exposed edges, pointing joints with white cement mixed with suitable matching pigment to match the colour and shade of the stone, rubbing, grinding and final polishing by machine/hand-held polishing machine to produce a smooth, even and lustrous finish, complete in all respects, as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
25Supply and Fixing Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door & other Frames/ Chowkhat (Single Rebated) of size 45 x 85 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 850 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm², modules of elasticity 900 N/mm² and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and as directed.Note: (i) WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.(ii) Cost for M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
26Supply and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non-toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/m³ and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm², modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm² and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter, and shutter to be fixed to frame, complete all as specified and as directed.
27Supply and fixing stainless-steel (304 Grade) butt hinges of size 100mm long x 25mm wide and 2mm thick and including star headed counter sunk steel screws, min 32mm long and suitable No as per holes in hinge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

32Material and labour for fabrication and fixing of aluminium doors/windows/ventilators (glazed, fly proof), partitions and fixed glazing units of any type, provision of window AC or Cooler, including side-hung, top-hung, sliding window, fixed, partition type, with or without sash bars and mullions/transoms, fabricated from aluminium extruded sections conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285. The work shall be carried out using standard tubular sections, Z-sections and other approved aluminium sections suitable for frames, shutters, rails, stiles, mullions, transoms and glazing members, complete with one or more rebates, sliding channel as required. The aluminium sections shall be powder coated with a minimum coating thickness of 50 microns and shall be straight, smooth, free from defects, properly mitred and mechanically jointed with approved cleats, brackets, screws and fasteners. The item shall include all necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, EPDM/neoprene gaskets, weather seals, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws and anodised aluminium hardware/architectural aluminium mongery including hinges, pivots, peg stays, handles, tower bolts, sliding door bolts, dash fasteners, rollers, guides and other fittings as required for proper operation of the doors/windows/ventilators. The frame shall be fixed in position with approved fasteners consisting of PVC rawl plugs and fully threaded steel screws of suitable size, complete with all cutting, fitting, making good disturbed surfaces and all other incidental works necessary for satisfactory completion of the work, any approved design complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Notes:(i) The weight of each aluminium section or complete door/window/ventilator shutter, including all fittings, accessories and aluminium hardware, but excluding decorative grills, glass, wire cloth, prelaminated boards and other panel-filling materials, shall be physically ascertained at site in the presence of the Engineer-in-Charge. Payment shall be made only on the basis of the actual weight so determined.(ii) Panel-filling materials such as glass, prelaminated boards, wire cloth, decorative grills or any other infill materials shall be fixed only after the weight of the shutter has been physically ascertained. No claim whatsoever arising from the exclusion of such panel-filling materials from the measured weight shall be entertained.(iii) Glass, prelaminated boards, wire cloth, decorative grills, door closers and other panel-filling materials shall be measured and paid for separately under the respective BOQ items.(iv) Measurement for payment shall be made in kilograms (kg) based on the actual weight of aluminium work fixed in position, including approved fittings and aluminium hardware but excluding items specifically measured and paid separately.
