| 1 | 100mm thick interlocking designer concrete paverblock M-50 grade for high traffic zone, bus terminus, industrial complex, mandi houses etc. as per IS: 156582006 (over 2040mm medium sand bed on 250mm thk WBM/WMM base course & 250mm thk bound granular/granular sub base course & filling the interstices of blocks with fine sand by brooming & subsequent watering including cost of sand for sand bed but excluding cost of base, sub base course & sub grade preparation) complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying and laying in the specified pattern intelocking concrete block pavement (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per Table I of IS 15658:2006 manufactured in steel mould clamped to vibrating table by hydrolic pressure (as per Cl No. 6.30 of IRC:SP:63(2018) from BIS license manufacturer,with spacer nib (small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per Cl. No. 3.26 of IS:15658) and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio (The ratio of length to thickness of a paver block as per Cl. No.3.3 of IS:15658)as per Table 2 of IS:15658 with flxural streagth/breaking load as per Annexure G oF is : 15658, on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per Table1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25-35 mm thick (grading of the bedding sand as per clouse 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) and filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with joint filling sand (the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.65.2 of IRC SP 63) and completing the edges with cut blocks as per Cl.No. 8.7 of IRC SP - 63(2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand, compacting, levelling and filling up of the edge gap. 100 mm thick. |
| 2 | Cleaning rubbish, sludge, weeds scum, liquid earth, mud etc.from road side masonary drain/ hume pipe drain/ culvert etc. by mathor labour after removing concrete. Slab/manhole cover etc.without damaging the same and refixing the same properly after cleaning as necessary and removing the sludge etc.etc.by using iron pans, buckets including all labour, tools & plants including removing the spoils in dry condition and disposing the same by truck beyond the road side in conformity with municipal / corporation rules for such disposal including loading into truck and cleaning the road side in all respects as per direction of the Engineerin- Charge. |
