| 2 | Repair to the 1no. winch machine (double gear and worm type) with single housing holding summer and winter regulatory gates with two stem rods for separate gates in a single housing of old bay no.2 at MRC head Akhnoor. The job includes extraction of damaged winch machine of two no.s regulatory gates with the help of manual labour. The gate leafs to be kept firmly hanged on a tripod stand with chain pulley block. Job includes shifting of damaged winch machine to workshop for carrying out necessary repairs by way of providing/fitting of new set of bearings, providing/fitting of worm & pinion set of gears as per sample along with allied damaged parts. Shifting of the winch machine to the site after repairs. Application of grease to the worm & new pinion gear & on all sliding surfaces. Installation of winch machine at site and checking for smooth operation of the gate. Job includes material cost, hiring charges for tools and tackles, consumables, chain pulley block and mechanical transport to and fro, to workshop etc. complete job by skilled work force through operation of mechanical/electrical hoist mechanism. Job involves hiring charges of safety equipment, skilled labour, cables required for temporary connections, cost of POL, tools & tackles, cost of device and other safety equipments etc. Complete job |
