Tender for Improvement Of Level Crossing Surface By Rubber Grade Crossing System At Various Level Crossings In Tdl-Gzb Section In The Jurisdiction Of Sr. Den/Iv/Pryj , - Manufacturing, Supplying, Fitting And Fixing Rubberized Level Crossing Pads Of Approved Quality And Specifications, At Railway Track By Suitable Clamping Arrangements To Make A Rubberized Road. The Road Surface Is To Be Prepared By Using Multiple Set Of Rubber Pads Of Length Minimum 1.20 Meter Each And Each Set Consists Of Maximum 02 Nos. Rubber Pads Placed Inside The Running Rails (Railway Will Technically Prefer To Have Full Panels Between The Two Rails As Per Functional Specification For Rubberized Surface At Level Crossings July 2019 Para 5(Ix)) And 02 Nos. Outside (I.E., One No. Each Side) Of The Running Rail Resting On Rcc Edge Beam. The Item Is Inclusive Of Rcc Edge Beam At The Edge To Retain The Assembly As Per Approved Drawing. The Rate Of This Item Is Inclusive Of Cement And Steel Cost I.E., Nothing Extra Will Be Paid For Cement And Steel. The Rate Includes Sales Tax, Gst And Other Duties Etc. Road Excavation And Ground Preparation Charges Etc., Are Included In This Item I.E., Nothing Extra Will Be Paid. Warranty Etc., To Complete The Work In All Respect. Note: (1) The Design Of Rubberized Level Crossing System Should Be Such That There Is No Requirement Of Check Rail, And It Is Easy To Remove And Re-Insert The Rubber Pads Whenever Required. (2) Two Set Of Tools Required For Removing And Re-Inserting The Rubber Pads Should Be Supplied To The Sse/P. Way (In-Charge) Free Of Cost (3) Rdso/Railways Specifications Should Be Followed Strictly.
