Module and cells must be domestic manufactured as per ALMM List-I and ALMM List-II of MNRE updated from time to time and must be tested and approved by one of the IEC authorised test centres. The contractor shall install the solar panels including all the MS/ GI structure work required for mounting the panels on the roof of car parking (Carport). all the wiring, invertors and metering including obtaining permisions from all govt. agencies etc shall be in the scope of the contractor and nothing extra shall be payable for the same. the contractor is free to install numerous invertor and then do the cabling to the centralized substation and give us a single net metering system as per chandigarh administration norms of billing and metering. the institute shall have the option of either using the generated power for self use or selling to the grid so the equipment has to be suitable for both the operations.the contractor shall also have to provide for any changes to be made in the existing panels & BMS for integration of DG sets, main electricity boards supply & solar generation which shall include all safety relays etc for DG sets & panels etc. the insitute is working so the contractor must adhere to all safety norms for installaton all scaffolding, welding, etc shall be done by the contractor at his cost with prior approval from the institute. it is advisable that the contractor visit the site before quoting rates, as all wiring and metering shall finally terminate at the existing substation near main gates. the rates quoted by the contractor are inclusive of all taxes. Some of the works of the contractor are given below but not limited to these, the scope is comprehensive for full runnng of the system complete in all respects.Solar PanelsAll Supports sytems for mounting the panelsSolar invertorsAll wiring from panels to invertor, Invertors to substationAll earthings for panels and entire systemAll metering and Bidirectional metering including output data on BMSAll safety relays for DG/ existing panels/solar panels All changes to be made to existing electrical panelsAll scaffolding works etc.SUPPORTING STRUCTURE:The supporting structure of carport shall be constructed as per structural drawing attached in the tender form. The stability of structure should be ensured before start of execution of work. A certificate from a structural consultant empanelled with Chandigarh Administration should be procured and got acknowledged from College authorities.OPERATION AND MAINTENANCEa) The bidder shall provide O&M for the project for 5 (Five) years period free of cost. ii) Fortnightly cleaning should be ensured and documented from college authority. The agency should ensure minimum 24 (twenty four) cycles of cleaning per year. |
