Tender For Repair And Restoration Of The Existing Door Of The Cold Chain Room At District Hospital, Howrah, Including Dismantling Of Damaged Portions Wherever Necessary, Repair/Replacement Of Defective Members, Thermal Insulation, Rubber Gaskets, Hinges, Locking Arrangement, Handles, Door Closer, Sealing Strips And All Other Accessories Required For Proper Functioning Of The Door, Complete Alignment And Adjustment To Ensure Smooth Operation And Airtight Sealing, Application Of Suitable Coldresistant Sealant To Prevent Air Leakage, Testing After Completion To Ensure Maintenance Of The Required Cold Room Temperature, And Disposal Of All Dismantled Materials. The Rate Shall Be Inclusive Of All Labour, Materials, Tools And Tackles, Transportation, Loading, Unloading, Taxes, Incidental Charges And All Other Works Necessary For Satisfactory Completion Of The Job As Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge.
