| 2 | Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc for taking credit ( credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 3 | M&L for concealed Point wiring including cutting and chasing on wall / roof surface with 1.50 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLSH, PVC insulated 1100 volts grade multi stranded copper conductor single core unsheathed cable and FRLS, ISI marked, PVC insulated 1100 volts grade multi stranded copper conductor single core of size 1.50 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, not less than 1.50mm thick, drawn through in and including rigid PVC conduit (Medium Grade) of suitable size, with all fittings, ISI marked and accessories, the pipe shall be fixed with clamping and shadle including provision of mild steel terminal boxes/Sunken boxes of suitable size made with 1.60 mm thick mild steel sheet recessed/concealed in wall with a coat of black bituminus paint and providing of modular cover plate , suitable for fixing of modular switches / sockets / regulators etc. fixed in recess/concealed of wall making good to the disturbed surface and matching the existing finish complete all as specified and directed for the following :- |
