These shall be of the ball valve type and shall be constructed of a nickel plated brass body, PTFE seats and brass chrome plated ball. The valve shall be operated by a manual operating lever by 90º turn. All medical gas line ball valves shall provide a full bore flow and shall be cleaned for oxygen service and fully tested. The valve assembly shall terminate in copper stub pipes to enable brazing directly into the distribution system using the flux less brazing technique. A locking device shall be provided to lock the valve in either the fully open or fully closed position. Line valves shall be located in readily accessible areas of ducts and shafts, however care should to ensure safety to prevent danger from leakage. Line valve installation should be carried out as per HTM 2022/HTM 02-01 standards.

80Oxygen Flow meter with Humidifier Bottle SITC of Flow meter Back pressure Compensated.Flow meter would be accurate gas flow measurement and control within a range of 0-15 liters per minute.It would meet strict precision and durability standards.Flow meter body would be made of brass material. Flow tube and shroud components would be made of clear, impact resistant polycarbonate. The humidifier bottle would be unbreakable polycarbonate material and autoclavable at 134 degrees centigrade. The humidifier would have built in safety valve.

82Area Line Pressure Medical Gas Alarm ( 3 gases) SITC of three channel microprocessor controlled alarm for pneumatic & vacuum services with Digital display of line pressure for all the services with factory calibrated pressure sensors. Color coded LED display of line pressure status (High caution normalcaution- low) Audible Alarm for High & Low pressure condition. Test and Alarm Acknowledge (Mute) facility. (Alarm knowledge (mute) time span is programmable from 1 to 60 minutes). Protected programming facility of alarm limits. The electronic circuitry should be such that if the pressure / vacuum in the gas pipeline drops below the present limit, the equipment should give an audio-visual alarm. Visual alarm should remain active even after pressing of “Mute”button. It should come to normal condition only when gas pressure / vacuum return to normal level. Small and compact design. Mounted on a powder coated MS box. Nut& Nipples should be provided for connection with Pneumatic supply complete as required, all QA/QC should be furnished before Engineer (HLL) before installing the system.

87Supply and Installation of suitable CPRI approved (IEC 61439 1and 2) AHU VFD STARTER PANEL factory fabricated wall mounted type all including necessary control and Power cable wiring between AHU and Panel. The motor control shall be facilitated by a variable frequency drive (VFD) complying to latest IEEE 519 standards and the panels shall incorporate controls such as contactors, overload relays (OLR), single phase preventor (SPPR), control switches, MCBs for AC units. Panel shall have 24v AC powersupply for fire interlock.Panel shall have auto/manual selection switch,on off push button and on,off and trip indication lamp etc.Panel shall have the control element features including humidistat, thermostat, air stat/Airflow switch and safety thermostat along with control wiring. The panels shall feature ON/OFF switches with indicators and a bypass DOL/star delta starter for the VFD.along with a manual changeover switch for transitioning between VFD and DOL/star delta starter operations. The fan/blower motor shall be interlocked with heaters(where provided) such that power supply to heaters will be switched ON, only after the blower has been started and run to full (designed) speed. The panel shall have contactors and breaker for the heater banks with required power and control wiring to maintain Temperature/RH% as per inside design condition.
88Supply, Installation,testing and commissioning of suitable sized hard drawn copper refrigerant piping(both suction and liquid) including 19mm thick closed cell elastomeric insulation in between indoor and outdoor units as per site conditions.
