| 1 | Earth work excavation for by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) or manual means for foundations, substructures, plint beam, cess pits and all kinds of foundation etc. in all types of soil like hard gravekky soil, sandy soil for the following depth from average ground level upto the required founding level, line and grades in both dry and wet conditions including shoring, strutting, bailing out of water if necessary, levelling and ramming the bottom of trenches, dressing of sides, stacking the excavated materials away from the edge of trenches, refilling the sides of foundation as required with selected excavated earth and depositing / disposing the surplus excavated earth (disposed soil to be leveled by breaking clods, if any and neatly dressed and levelled) within the lead specified below all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.All kinds of soil with depth upto 1.5m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 50 metres. |
| 2 | Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4.5:8 using 25mm maximum size graded aggregate including machanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, leveling, shuttering, curing, dewatering if any, complete all as per specifications for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footing, floor drains, etc as directed by engineer incharge complete all as per specification. |
| 3 | Supplying and filling the selected earth from outside of DAE installation (with a lead of 28 kilometres) including excavation from borrow pits if any required. Filling in layer of not more than 150mm thick, each layer well rammed and consolidated by mechanical roller including water consolidation etc. levelling, dressing the top surface to the required level, comlying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Proper trip sheet recordsshall be maintained for bringing the earth through DAE main gate with security stamp duly signed by Departmental Engineer. |
| 4 | Providing and laying cast in situ controlled reinforced cement concrete of M30 grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below, using 20 mm maximum size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates, including weigh batching,charges for mixing and cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing, at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing, finishing smooth, of all exposed faces complete for column footing, column, lintel, sunshade, getter slab, beams, slabs, water tank, machin foundation, trench raft, trench cover slabs and all other structural elements including dewatering werever necessary all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the engineer incharge for all insitu item.Note: 1.The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges of mixing & cost of admixture.Chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer ‑ in ‑charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility.2.Test certificate of cement, procued from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. Note: 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per Cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F. |
| 5 | Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts.Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. | 6 | Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping etc., with necessary bracings in all axrs to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixtures, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted. |
| 7 | Providing and laying the 75mm outer dia PVC water supply line with 'Finolex / Varun / True bore' or approved equivalent make PVC pipes suitable for 6 kg/Sq.cm pressure and specials confirming & marked to IS:4985 including jointing with PVC jointing compound, laying and fixing the pipes in the excavated trenches, cost of all types of specials such as tees, reduces, coupler, reducing bushes, threaded adaptor, elbow, tail pieces, caps etc., and testing the line as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
