Tender for annual repair & maintenance of Various Road Under Jubbal Sub-Division Hp Pwd Jubbal (Sh-: Hiring Of Bolero C Er In Jubbal -Sub- Division ) , Hiring Of One Number Light Motor Vehicle I.E. Bolero Camper Alongwith Driver Having Valid Driving License Of Jeep/Car/Bolero In Hilly Terrain For 24 Hours Under Hp.Pwd, Sub-Division, Jubbal Duty With Officer/Official/Carriage Of Material, Labour Etc. Of This Department Under The Jurisdiction Of Hp.Pwd, Sub-Division Jubbal And Also As Per The Condition Below In Snow Bound Area. Charges As Per The Rate Contract Approved By Deputy Commissioner Shimla I.E. Rs.53800/-Per Month. Terms And Conditions:- 1. The Hire Charges Shall Be Valid For (2) Years From The Date Of Issuance Of This Order. 2. The Period Of Tender Can Be Extended Beyond Two (2)Years If Such Condition Arises After Taking Approval Of Tender Committee, If The Work Of The Firm Is Found Satisfactory. 3. The Vehicle Shall Be In Good Working Order And The Model Should Not Be Older Than March, 2017. 4. Monthly Running Of The Vehicle Would Be 2500 Kms. Approximately As May Be Prescribed By The Department).This Is Only Indicative And The Vehicle Can Be Required To Run More Or Less Than This Figure As Per Requirement Without Any Limit. 5. The Registration Fee, Payment Of Rout Permit, Renewal Of Rout Permits Payment Of All Taxes, Levy Of Toll Tax, Entry Tax At Barriers And Timely Passing Of Vehicle Will Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Contractor. It Will Be The Responsibility Of The Department To Obtain The Necessary Permit To Ply The Vehicle On Restricted/Sealed Roads(If Any). 6. The Contractor Shall Deploy Driver Having Valid Driving License With At Least 5 Years, Experience Of Driving On All Types Of Roads(As My Be Prescribed By The Department. 7. The Contractor Shall Ensure Salary To Drivers As Per Minimum Wages Act. 8. In No Case The Driver Of Vehicle Will Be Allowed To Be Replaced Without Prior Approval Of The Department. 9. Driver Deployed On The Vehicle Should Have A Mobile Phone With A Local Number For Coordination And Should Wear Proper Uniform. The Expenditure On This Account Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. 10. The Contractor Shall Engage Driver Who Is Medically Fit. 11. The Contractor Shall Ensure That The Antecedents Of The Driver Are Verified By The Police To The Satisfaction Of The Department. 12. The Journey Performed By The Driver/Owner On Account Of Filling Of Fuel Repairs, Services Journey The Place Of Residence To Place Of Duty/Place Of Parking Shall Be Paid By The Contractor.
