The recovery of stones whether useful or not for 3862.42cum. (one thousand four hundred ninety seven point two seven) in all cases, @ Rs.170/-(One hundred seventy)only per cum shall be effected on pro rata basis. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute reponsibility of the contractor, which shall have to duly compensated by him in all cases including of carrige of material with in all leads and lifts. |
