Cables from DG set to AMF panel to main panel will be measured under relevant schedule.Note:- The fuel for final testing of 12 hours shall be supplied by the contractor and cost deemed to be included in the above offer. All other necessary equipments like resistance load strip heater of suitable capacity/rating and any other items required for final testing shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to department. |
| 48 | Comprehensive maintenance and repair of fully automatic electrically operated 3000 kg Goods Lifts (Total Nos 02) of any make, type installed in the subject project as per schedule given above with single speed motor and AC variable voltage and variable frequency (VVVF) and ARD complete with all standard accessories, automatic and manual dual controlled operation, centre openable doors with door drive (Electric motor driven mechanism), sliding steel doors, complete all as specified and directed.Notes:- (i) Rates quoted under Sch 'A' shall be for both materials and labour complete unless mentioned otherwise.(ii) After expiry of the defects liability period of 24 months from the certified date of completion of work, Government reserves the right to order the contractor to carryout comprehensive maintenance services of the lift (provided by him under Sch A in accordance with terms and conditions detailed in Sch A and specifications enclosed thereof in the event of Govt. exercising the above right, the terms of comprehensive maintenance service contract of the lift shall be three years from the expiry date of the details liability period.(iii) The contractor shall enter in to a MOU with the OEMs for the provision of the lift and further maintenance. The MOU for the post warranty/post defect liability period between the contractor and OEM shall be submitted at least six months prior to the issue of completion certificate of the main contract.(iv) The rate quoted under this Sch A shall be deemed to include for materials and labour required for comprehensive maintenance including repairs.(v) The work covered under Sch A will be ordered on the contractor by the respective Garrison Engineer on every year through a separate works order for the lifts installed in their area at the rate quoted by the contractor till completion of three years comprehensive maintenance.(vi) This contract shall be operative for the period of three years after expiry of defect liability period only for the purpose of comprehensive maintenance.(vii) In case of non function of lift recovery shall be effected after the defect is noticed or notified either in writing or through a social media message by GE or his rep in terms of PS clauses mentioned in the tender. |
