Bids Are invited for Repair And Overhauling Service - Repair Overhauling Of Accommodation Ladder Winch Gear Box In Ship; Any Other Suitable Brand; No; Buyer Premises - 1.1 Degutting Of Entire Units (Port & Stbd) And Shift To Respective Shop Floor (02 Units) , 1.2 Decoupling Of Coupling Of Gear Box And Motor And Degutting Of Electric Motors. , 1.3 De-Preservation Of Newly Received Accom/Ladder Winch Gear Boxes. Inspection Of Gear Boxes For Any Evidence Of Damage Of Gear Tooth Profile Or Presence Of Foreign Material, If, Anything Found, Clean Thoroughly. Check The Condition Of Joints Between Two Matting Parts And Clean The Oil Level Indicator And Replace The All Grease Nipples. (02 Sets) , 1.4 The Received Intermediate Bed/Foundation Be Prepared To Match The Gear Box And Motor Foundation Holes, If, Holes Are Mismatching Carryout The Marking And Drilling As Necessary. , 1.5 All Parts Are To Be Integrated As Earlier And Necessary Care To Be Taken While Align The Motor And Gear Box Is Undertaken And Post Alignment The Gear Box Should Be Error Free. All Fasteners Such As Bolts, Nuts, Spring Washers, Flat Washers Should Be Of Ht Or Equivalent To The Naval Standards. (02 Each) , 1.6 Rope Reel Drums Be Degutted/Re-Gutted From Its Shaft And Clean And Inspect Thoroughly And Fit Rigidly By Provided Locking Mechanism /Thimble. (02 Each) , 1.7 Shifting Of Entire Accom/Ladder Winch Gear Box Unit On-Board, Onboard Fitment Of Equipment. Fill The Recommended Lube Oil In The Gear Boxes As Provided By The Ss And Maintain Appropriate Levels, Arrest The Oil Leakages If, Found. (01 Set) , 1.8 Ideal Trails To Be Taken In Both Manual (If, Exists) And Electric Mode And Post Completion Of Ideal Trails Trials To Be Carried Out Up To Hitu Team Certification Standards. Further, All Hitu (Or) Any Other Inspection Agencies Remarks/Observations To Be Liquidated As Per Standards. (02 Sets)
