1Removing of cement plaster from walls including racking out joint to 12 mm deep and removing the debris away from work site with all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
2Dismantling and removing 2.5 cm thick artificial stone flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris away from work site with all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
3Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm size hard granite metal including the cost, conveyance, royalty, all other taxes and labour charges etc. complete. & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
4Cement concrete (1:2:4) to M 15 using 12 mm grade hard granite chips including lowering, laying concrete, watering and curing to required time etc. including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
52.5 cm A.S. flooring with C.C. (1:2:4) including punning using 12 mm size H.G. chips and including cost of materials, conveyance, royalty, taxes & cost of labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
6Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with 12 mm & down grade black hard granite chips (crusher broken) for R.C.C. works including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth, providing grooves or beds where necessary including cost of all materials (excluding cost of tor steel) and cost of all labour with T & P required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (To be used for minor repair work only)
7Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and labour complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
8Rigid and smooth centring and shuttering for RCC works including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost of material complete for foundation, plinth band and footings bases of columns mass concrete precast slabs as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
9Brick masonry in cement mortar (1:4) using Fly Ash Brick 25cm ×12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Cm2 with dimensional tolerance of +/- 8% after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before using in foundation & plinth including hoisting, placing in position, scaffolding splays, cutting circular moulding and curbelling, champering and similar such type of work, watering, curing to required time etc. including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
10Brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) using Fly Ash bricks 25cmx12cmx8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Cm2 with dimensional tolerance of +/- 8% after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before using in superstructure including hoisting, placing in position, scaffolding splays, cutting circular moulding and curbelling, champering and similar such type of work, watering, curing to required time etc. including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
1116 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) in finished smooth to inside/outside rough surface of walls after racking out the joints including watering, curing to required time, cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour with T & P required for the work complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
1212 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) over brick work with cement punning for skirting including water, curing to required time, cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour with T & P required for the work complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
13Dismantling the damaged Indian water closet or Urinal plates and removing the debris away from work site with all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
14Fixing water closet, squatting pan (Indian type W.C pan) with embaded footrest of (Hindware make Orissa Pan Popular (white) Cat. No.:20043, 51x41cms size or Equivalent conforming to IS 2556: Part 3-2004 duly embedded in cement concrete (1:4:8) using hard granite metal 4cm nominal size all complete as per specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
15Dismantling and removing doors, windows and ventilators including removal of frame, hinges, fastening and stacking the same for reuse and removing the debris away from work site with all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
16Dressed seasoned Sal wood work framed and fixed (wrought and put up) in frame of doors and window etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
1732mm Piasal wood or local teack wood panelled shutters moulded panels with all labour, iron fittings and wooden hinged cleats etc fitted and fixed complete in all respect. But excluding cost of Iron fittings and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
18Supplying and fixing W.I. clamps 33cm to 38cm long of 35mm x 5mm size for doors and windows and ventilators including fixing in cement concrete (1:3:6) with 12mm to 20mm hard stone chips or in cement mortar (1:3) including cost of all materials as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
19Scraping old paint with scrapers, sand papering and washing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges up to 5mtr height as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
20Finishing wall surface with acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding sagging charges with cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
21White washing two coats with shell lime over the interior surface of walls and ceiling including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of labour with T & P required for the work complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
22Distempering two coats with oil bound distemper of any approved shade over the interior surface of walls including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of labour with T & P required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
23Coaltaring two coats on wooden chaukath wall side face, after cleaning the surface, sand papering etc. including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour with T & P require for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
24Priming one coat with any approved primer on wood work after cleaning the surface, sand papering etc. including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour with T & P require for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
25Painting two coats any approved shade of paint on new iron/ wood work after cleaning the surface, sand papering etc. including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour with T & P require for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
26Dismantling and removing A.C. sheet from sheet roofing after carefully removing the nuts and bolts including stacking of the materials for reuse and removing the debris away from works site with all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
27Fixing AC sheet in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges, valleys, wind ties etc including cost of fittings complete, but excluding cost of AC sheet as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
28Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19-gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided throughout the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer- in-Charge.
29Providing and fixing factory-made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19-gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 30 mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top, bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10 mm (5 mm x 2) thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm+2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C' Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer's specification & drawing.
30Removing old tarfelt from roof slab, cleaning the surface lowering & removing the debries within 50mt lead. complete and direction of Engineer- in-Charge.
31Providing and laying water proofs with polymeric bituminous membrane (plastic felt) of 2.25Km/Sqm and 2mm thickness consisting of layers having centre core of 20microns thermoplastic high molecular high-density polyethylene H.M.H.D.P.E. Film of grade 2504 including cleaning & priming the surface with bituminous primer @ 0.30Kg/Sqm providing a coat of hot blown bitumen of 1.32Kg/Sqm. Applying and laying plastic felt membrane with 10cm overlap adhered to blown bitumen of 85/25 or 90/15 grade and covered with a layer of hot blown bitumen @ 1.2Kg/Sqm etc complete and direction of Engineer- in-Charge.
