Any loss to the private and public property during the course execution will be restored by the contractor whatsoever the nature of the same may be. The usable aggregate/ boulder /cutstone shall be taken in MAS Account anf further will be issued to the contractor as per issue rate mentioned under condition No. 46 of NIT Form 6. |
