| 1 | To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the \\"MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part I (Specifications) with errata / amendment No 1 to 3 and MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part II (Rates) together with errata / amendment No 1 to 122, upon the conditions contained in tender documents as may be demanded, and as enumerated in the aforesaid, MES schedule for the period of 12 Months from the date mentioned in the acceptance letter at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Standard Schedule of Rates OR at such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of Condition 62 of IAFW 2249 (General Conditions of Contracts) 1989 Print with Errata/ Amendments as applicable. |
| 2 | Note:- (i) Tenderer shall refer and select the option \\"Excess (+) or Less (-)\\" available at the 4th row of 'E' Column of this BOQ to quote the percentage above / below MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 part-II (Rates).(ii) Tenderer shall insert percentage rate at the 4th row at the 'F' Column of this BOQ.(iii) The amount of Rs. 40,00,000.00 inserted against 'Estimated Rtae' has been entered only for the generation of 'BOQ / Comparative Statement' by the e-tendering portal. Irrespective of the amount generated in BOQ template, the net contract sum shall be Rs. 40,00,000.00 only. The tender shall be accepted at uniform percentage (quoted by the bidder in coloumn '5') on MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part-II (Rates).(iv) The work orders for various work / servises shall be placed for amount worked out / priced on the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part-II duly adjusted by percentage rate quoted by the contractor but cummulative amount of all the work orders duly adjusted by the quoted percentage against contract as a whole shall not be exceeded Rs. 40,00,000.00.
