15(b) To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions hereinafter contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES schedule during the period of one year from the date mentioned in the acceptance letter at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Schedule .
2Note:- (i) Tenderer shall insert rates percentage at the 4th row and ‘F’ column of this BOQ Excel sheet.(ii) Tender shall refer and select the option Excess (+) or less (-) available at the 4th row and ‘E’ column of this BOQ Excel sheet, to quote the percentage above/below SSR Part I (2009) together with Amendment No 1 to 3 and Part II (2020) together with amendmend Nil .(iii) Amount inserted by the MES under rate col and the total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only.
