(Area to be cleaned Daily and as and when required, with provision of rational deduction for not attending the item while measuring as one job.) |

| 6 | d) Proper and efficient Cleaning and washing of the toilets, wash basins, urinals, W/C Seats, looking mirrors, sanitary fittings and fixtures etc using approved toilet cleaner like Vim / Liquid soap/ Phenyle/ Sanifresh/ Harpic etc.including the cost of providing nepthelene balls, urinal cubes in wash basins / urinals (weekly or when empty, whichever is earlier), and cleaning of wall tiles/dado weekly etc all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc. all complete.(Area to be cleaned in all working days and as and when required, on all days with provision of rational deduction for not attending the item while measuring as one job.) |
