1Supply and fixing sub main wiring two single core 4 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable ( FRLSH ) 1100Volts grade drawn in & including rigid PVC conduit 20mm dia or more medium grade surface/concealed in wall along with 4.00 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable (FR LSH) as earth wire and wire connected with main earth dolly including cutting chases and making good disturbed portion all as specified and directed . Note: Two runs of phase, netural wire and one run of earth wire and PVC conduit will be measured as one RM or one length.
2Supply and fixing Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with double pole MCB SPN 20 Amp , overload and short circuit protection and making good disturbed surface to match the existing.
3Supply and fix in replacement electric water heater,storage type ABS body with glass coated/titanium enamel coated anti rust inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated, 240 V, 50 Hz complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, Hot and cold water connection pipe all as specified and directed.
