Name of Work:- REPAIR TO DRAINS AND CERTAIN B/R WORKS AT AFS AMLA
Sl. No. Item Description
1Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.
2M&L for boulder pitching, grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 with random rubble complete all as specified and directed.
3All as per item No 2 above but exept stone grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 with random rubble complete all as specified and directed.
4M&L for birck work with fly ash brick 75 kg/cmsq compressive strength old size, is straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
5All as per item No 4 above but except brick complete all as specified and directed.Note: All type bricks retrieved from Item No 1 will be used.
6M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
7All as per Item No 6 above but except stone built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
8M&L for raised pointing to random rubble masonary built in CM 1:4 including racking out joints in existing stone masonry complete all as specified and directed.
9M&L for extra forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth and over in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.
10M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster CM 1:4 , on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
11Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced of any description & any position and disposing of the rubbish materials in low lying areas of defence land complete all as specified and as directed.
12M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone agregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
13M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone agregates) as in surface channells and drains complete all as specified and directed.
14M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5 clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.
15Supply & Fix in repair PVC soil, waste and rain water (SWR) drainage pipes 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes in any length , laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.
16M&L for broken stone or boulders Hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls over arches, etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed.
17Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) as in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness below or above GL complete all as specified and directed.
18M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-I (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ), as in top layer, finished fair and even cement including necessary form work and providing joints as directed and filled with bitumminous complete all as specified and directed.
19M&L for 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) ,as in top finished fair and even including necessary form work and providing joints as directed and filled with bitumminous complete all as specified and directed.
20Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.
21All as per item No. 20 above but exc 1.5 m and not exc 3.0m complete all as specified and directed.
22M&L for forming embankments including raising (or lowering ) earth/soil spreading in layers n exc 30cm thick ramming and finishing to required size, shape, etc, n exc. 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and directed.
23All as per item No.22 above, but height exc.1.50 M but n.exc. 3.00 M complete all as specified and directed.
24Removing excavated material n exc.50m and depositing where directed at level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
25Fixing only framed work such as grills,gratings,etc ladders ;framed balusters; walk ways;railings ;framework of water tanks and similar works con-forming to Fe280.Gde-E-165 including one coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparing surface complete all as specified and directed.
26S&F for mild steel work in Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
27S&F framed work such as grill, grating , etc, with end of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged in to spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladder, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
28M&L for preparation of untreated new surfaces of steel and iron work exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
29M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
30Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.
31M&L for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer paint complete all as specified and directed.
32M&L for complete removal of existing treatment prepration of old plastered surfaces applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces with filling cracks with wal putty complete all as specified and dirceted.
33All as per item No 32 above but new surfaces except complete removal complete all as specified and directed.
34S&F reflective flourcent tape yelllow/black colour high visibilty marking tape night navigation water proofing fixed with adhesive as approved complete all as specified and directed.Make : 3M/Road safe or equivalent.
35S&F in repair hazard mark sign board retro reflective sheeting yellow and black colour with lamination as per IRC 67:2012 thickness of ACP sheet 3mm thick and GI sheet is provided at back ACP to protect and increase the durability of ACP 30 wide x 90 cm ht size of board fixed with 50mm dia GI pipe embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of size 30cmx30cmx60cm in depth ht of pipe GL 1.2 mtr painting with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
36M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Nominal Mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on wall, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landing, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.
37M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such flat surface as roof slabs floor slabs landing and similar work not exceeding 20mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.
38S & F TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends and binding MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.
