Supply Of straightened spring steel round rods (peeled, ground & polished as annealed bars), to size 40 mm diameter x 3730 mm long. , straightened spring steel round rods (peeled, ground & polished as annealed bars), to size 40 m m diameter x 3730 mm long, material grade 52crmov4 as per iso 683 part-14 or en10089 & technical specifica tion shall be governed by rdso spec. rdso/2017/cg-01 (rev. 03), jan.25 or latest for all relevant parameters fo r manufacturing and supplying of ss round rods. in addition to this following shall be ensured: a) no decarburizat ion is permissible for peeled round rods. b) tolerance for diameter shall be within plus/minus 0.05 mm & length shall be within +10.0mm/-0.0 mm. also all necessary test certificate as per clause 9.2.1 of the rdso spec. no. r dso/2017/cg-01 (rev. 03), jan.25 or latest should be provided by supplier.
