| 1 | Design, fabrication, providing, installation, testing, and commissioning of 250 ampere LT control panel cum fault analyzer at pumping station Kaghote by way of fabrication of auto starter with three pole Main & delta power contactors of 250 ampere rating 01 no. each and three pole star contactor of 185 Ampere rating-1no., compatible with the design rating of the panel and prime mover, of reputed make, conforming to ISI standards. The system should be provided with fault analyser cum controller unit or equivalent of standard and reputed make. The complete system should be enclosed in MS steel enclosure box of suitable dimensions. The enclosure should be finished with powder coated painting from inside as well as from outer surface of approved colour. Providing/laying of copper conductors of proper rating alongwith insulation material as per site requirement. The enclosure should be front shutter mounted with key locking system having glass window. Digital electronic voltmeter and ampere meter should be provided along with the required current transformer and selector switches. The internal control wiring should be done with flexible PVC LT cable with proper thimbling at each end. The system should trip the motor on power failure and on appearance of an electrical fault mentioned below which may otherwise damage the motor field coils and should not restart automatically until unless the system is reset manually, thus providing automation to the system and protection to the motor. The system/ star delta auto should not fall into delta if it does not fall into star mode first and should remain de-energised to avoid damage to the motor/machinery and also to the power source/transformer. The system / star delta auto starter should trip off if it does not fall into delta & remains in star mode for more than 10-20 seconds. The system shall provide protection against:- Low voltage below 350V, High Voltage above 450V, single phasing, Reverse phasing, Un Balanced phasing, Dry running, Overloading. In addition, the system should have the following audio & visual features for a quick and accurate diagnosis of the appeared fault/ status for a speedy rectification of the system. Separate LED fault/ status indicators, LED phase indicators. An isolation by pass system, for fault analysis of system, with a blinking indicator. An audio warning system/Siren which activates only on starter failure to trip the motor on appearance of any electrical fault mentioned above, to warn the operator to switch off the motor manually. 3 LED, contactor COIL OK, indicators one for each of the contactors/coils. LED star & delta indicators to access the star delta indicators to access the star to delta timing. A tamper proof starting sytem to avoid manipulations by the motor operator to keep the system in a permanently ON positon. Subsequently, testing the complete system on , no and full Load. Proper earthing of equipment should be done. Complete job includes cost of material, hire charges of tools and tackles, transportation, loading / unloading and labour charges.
