(Make -Ultratech/ Birla Cement/ Jsw Cement) 4 M & L For Ready Mixed Plaster, 10 Mm Thick On Concrete Surfaces As In Ceiling In Cm 1:3, Finished Even And Smooth Incl Scafolding Etc, Complete All As Specified And As Directed. 5 M & L For Brick Work With Sub Class B Bricks Of Old Size, Straight Or Curved On Plan To Any Radious Built In Cm 1:6 Including Demolition Of Brickwork Built In Cement Mortar Including All Quioins, Arches, Pillars Etc Complete All As Specified. 6 M & L For Applying Two Coats Of Weathershield Exterior Acrylic Emulsion Paint Of Any Tint All As Per Manufacturers Instructions To Achive Desired Finish At Any Height Over A Coat Of Suitable Primer Complete All As Directed. Make: Berger (Weather Coat Long Life10)/ Asian Paints (Apex Ultima)/ Nerolac (Excel Mica Marble) 7 M & L For Preparation Of Newly Plastered /Unplastered Surfaces Of Walls And Ceilings And Applying Two Coats Of Oil Bound Distemper On Surfaces Over A Coat Of Suitable Primer, Complete All As Specified And Directed. 8 M & L For Preparation Of Plastered Or Unplastered Old Decorated Surfaces Of Walls Including Brooming Down Or Scraping Down With Steel Wire Brushes Of Smoke Spots , Moulds ,Moss Efflocerent Salts And Treading Oil And Greasy Spots, Filling The Cracks, Holes With Pop/Putty And Applying One Coat Of Oil Bound Distemper Complete All As Specified And Directed. 9 M & L For Preparation Of Plastered Or Unplastered Old Decorated Surfaces Of Walls Including Brooming Down Or Scraping Down With Steel Wire Brushes Of Smoke Spots , Moulds ,Moss Efflocerent Salts And Treading Oil And Greasy Spots, Filling The Cracks, Holes With Pop/Putty And Applying One Coat Of Cement Based Paint Complete All As Specified And Directed. 10 M & L For Preparation Of Plastered, Unplastered Or Pointing Surfaces Old Decorated/Un-Decorated Surfaces Of Walls Including Brooming Down Or Scraping Down With Steel Wire Brushes Of Smoke Spots , Moulds ,Moss Efflocerent Salts And Treading Oil And Greasy Spots, Filling The Cracks, Holes With Pop/Putty And Applying One Coat Of Exterior Acrylic Emulsion Paint Of Any Tint All As Per Manufacturers Instructions To Achive Desired Finish At Any Height Complete All As Directed.Note :- 1. Make: Berger (Weather Coat Long Life 10)/ Asian Paints (Apex Ultima)/ Nerolac (Excel Mica Marble)3.The Work Shall Be Exectued Upto 15Mtr Height From Ground Level As Such The Contractor Is Required To Use Scaffolding Alongwith All Requisite Safety Measures Etc And These Aspect Shall Be Deemed Included In Unit Rate Quoted And Nothing Shall Be Paid Extra On This Account. 11 M & L For Preparation Of Plastered Or Unplastered Old Decorated Surfaces Of Walls Duly Completely Scraping Down The Existing Surfaces And Applying 2-3Mm Thick Wall Care Putty (Jk/Birla) In Two Or More Coats Complete All As Specified And As Directed. 12 M & L For One Coat Of Synthetic Enamal Paint On Wooden Surfaces Including Prepration Of Old Surface Of Any Description, Over 10Cm In Width Or Girth Complete All As Specified And As Directed. 13 M & L For Applying Two Coats Of Synthetic Enamel Paint Over A Coat Of Primer And 2Mm Thick Wall Care Putty Any Tint On New/Old Painted Plastered Surfaces Or Brick, Stone, Concrete, Kerb Stone, Asbestos Cement Or Plastered Surface Exceeding 10Cm Width Or Girth Including Completely Scraping/ Removing The Existing Old Painted Surfaces Complete All As Specified And As Directed. 14 M & L For Preparation Of Pathway/Flooring Duly Brooming/Scraping The Existing Surfaces And Also Removing The Vegetable/Glass Over It (Over Interlocking/Chequired Tile/Concrete Surfaces) Or Any Type Of Other Surfaces Old/New Or In Any Position And Applying Two Coats Of Floor Paint Of Superior Quality Complete All As Specified And As Directed. (Make : Asian Paints/ Berger/ Indigo). 15 M & L For One Coat Of Synthetic Enamal Paint On Steel Surfaces (Such As Door/Window/Grill/Gi Roof Top Including Prepration Of Old Steel Surface Of Any Description, Over 10Cm In Width Or Girth Complete All As Specified And As Directed. 16 Note For Srl Itemno 1 To 15 :- The Work Caters For Against This Sch /Boq Is Required In Piece Meal As And When Requried Basis Over Scattered Area Of Dgncc And The Contractor Is Requried To Visit Site Of Work With Prior Appointment To Engr-In-Charge To Ascertain Exact Scope Of Work Involved And Rate Quoted For Items Shall Deemed Included For These Aspect And Nothing Extra Shall Be Payable On Account Of Any Misunderstading Later On. 17 Disposal Of Building Rubbish/Malba, Similar Unserviceable, Dismantled Or Waste Materials By Mechanical Means, Including Loading, Transporting, Unloading And Disposal At An Approved Municipal Dumping Ground Outside Defence Land (Mod Land), For All Leads And All Lifts, Complete All As Specified And As Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge.Notes:1. Photographic Evidence: The Contractor Shall Submit Clear Photographic Evidence In Support Of Disposal Of Building Rubbish/Malba, Similar Unserviceable, Dismantled Or Waste Materials, Indicating The Condition Of The Site Before Loading, During Transportation And After Unloading At The Approved Municipal Dumping Ground. The Photographs Shall Preferably Be Geo-Tagged And Date-Stamped And Shall Form Part Of The Record For Verification And Payment Purposes. 2. Certification By Engineer-In-Charge: Completion Of Whole Work In This Boq Shall Be Deemed To Have Been Achieved Only After Certification By The Engineer-In-Charge That No Building Rubbish/Malba, Similar Unserviceable, Dismantled Or Waste Materials Have Been Left At The Site And That The Site Has Been Thoroughly Cleared And Cleaned To His Satisfaction. 3. Each Load Shall Comprise A Minimum Carrying Capacity Of 5.00 Cubic Metres (Cum).
