Name of Work:- PROVN OF BOREWELL AT PAL UR MIL STN UNDER GE PAL UR.
Sl. No. Item Description
1Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc.1.5 m deep for laying of cable, pipe and for foundation etc or erecting of poles etc, and getting out in any typr of soil.
2Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.
3Removing excavated material not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting points in soil all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
4Supply, spreading and compacting of approved river sand in cable ducts / trenches for cable cushion on both top and bottom of cable, including ramming as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note :- Punned thickness only will be measured)
5Supply and lay burnt bricks for cable protection in trenches all as specified.
6Transportation of drilling rig with all equipments, accessories to the work spot and setting at site including supply of all consumable, making approach, complete.
7Drilling of Trail Bore Hole 250mm (10 inch) dia from ground level to 120 meter or above in any strata by DTH/ODEX METHOD as per latest IS (revised and amended) below ground level through any kind of strata soils/rocks, disposal of surplus soil within a distance of 100m, well ramming and stabilizing of material , transportation of drilling Rig and other T&P required. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes:- (a) Prior to the drilling operations at two proposed locations the resistivity survey (VES) may be carried out.The contractor has to submit the test result/report as per latest IS (with amendment) as following:-(b) Results of the tubewell depth and water level measurements.(c )Results of development and drawdown test are to be given in tabular form as per relevant IS.(d) The vertically test report shall be given as per the relevant IS. (e) Supplying, assembling including lowering and fixing liner assembly or strainer etc in position (net affective length shall only measured and paid) all as specified here in after.
8Mild steel ERW bevelled end pipe 200 mm (8 inch) nominal bore having min 6 mm wall thickness confirming as per latest IS and all around welded with 03 Nos stiffeners of flat iron 75x8mm, 150 mm long, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
9Mild steel ERW bevelled end slotted housing pipe 200 mm (8 inch) nominal bore having min 6 mm wall thickness confirming as per latest IS having slot size of 1.6mm x75mm as per latest IS and all around welded with 03 Nos stiffeners of flat iron 75x8mm, 150 mm long, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
10Mild steel ERW bevelled end pipe 150 mm (6 inch) nominal bore having min 6 mm wall thickness confirming as per latest IS and all around welded with 03 Nos stiffeners of flat iron 75x8mm, 150 mm long, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
11Mild steel ERW bevelled end slotted housing pipe 150 mm (6 inch) nominal bore 150 mm (6 inch) nominal bore having min 6 mm wall thickness confirming to latest IS having slot size of 1.6mm x75mm as per latest IS and all around welded with 03 Nos stiffeners of flat iron 75x8mm, 150 mm long, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
12Supply and filling Pea gravel of Size 2mm to 6mm around the liner assembly from bottom to ground the level including continuous watering during development all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
13Supplying Strata sample box made of 1st class soft wood (Deodar) with glazed shutter and pigeon holes for depth sample at the interval of every 3 meters and supplying of strata chart duly marked on 3 mm thick laminated sheet of suitable size giving complete details of display of installation, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
14Development of Tube Well by means of pumping by Air compressor of minimum pressure 1400 CFM 350 Psi.(Compressor to be arranged by contractor at his own cost), until sand free and clear water upto 5 PPM is obtained at optimum yield complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge:-(a) First 24 Hrs of development (collectively)Note;- The Cost of the yield test by V Notch method and testing of water sample (chemical and biological from Govt approved Laboratory / Regional Research Laboratory to confirm the portability of water as per latest IS shall be deemed to be included in the rates of this items and nothing extra from the department shall be a admissible on this account.
15Supply and Fixing MS 150 mm (8/6 Inch) bail plug having minimum thickness 6 mm all as per latest IS (With latest amendments) complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-charge.
16Construction of foundation of Tube well of size 1.om x 1.0m having minimum 45 mm thick PCC 1:3:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stones aggregate) laid over 75 mm tick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 complete all as specified and as directed.
17M& L for welding of reducer of MS pipe of thickness 6 mm and size 200mmx150mm and approximate length 1mtr all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
18Housing pipe clamps made of MS flat of size 100 mm x 12mm and 750mm long for 200mm (8 inch) bore pipe with suitable bolts, nuts and washers all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
19Supply and fixing Mild Steel Well Cap for 200mm (8 inch) bore made out of mild steel ERW 8mm thick threaded casing pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
20S & F submersible cable 16 Sqmm 3 core copper conductor 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
21S & F GI wire (rope) 8 Sqmm stranded including 'U' clamp for supporting cable and rope, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
22S & F submersible pump, electric driven, three phase at voltage 415V + 10%, Frequency Hz 50 Hz + 3%, suitable for 200/150mm dia borewell (Casing pipe size 200/150mm) having discharge more than 200 LPM at 140 meter head supply, Protection Class IP68 and install complete inclusive suitable size of submersible cable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make - KSB or equivalent make make of Kirloskar, Cromoton Greaves, Jindal.
23Supply and laying in trenches GI pipe medium grade (ISI Marked) including fittings such as bends, elbows, union, socket etc., of size 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
24Supply and laying in floors/Borewell MS pipe Heavy duty grade (ISI Marked) including fittings and welding of flange as per site requirement of size 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Note : Rate of flange shall be measured and paid as per respective item.
25Supply and fixing in replacement CI sluice valve of size 80mm dia confirming to IS -14846 PN-1.0 non raising type both ends flanged with SS spindle including jointing materials such as nuts, bolts washers and 3mm rubber gasket 02 Nos complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
26Supply and fix Bronze Check valve/ Non Return Sluice Valve 80 mm dia, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
27M&L construction of brick masonry valve pit, one brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4 on 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundation, rendering 15mm thick internally and externally upto 150mm below GL, providing 3.15mm thick ms sheet valve pit cover, welded with 40x5mm flat iron frame around including provision of hinges, handle and locking arrangement and 40 x 40 x 6mm angle iron frame fixed on top of valve pit by means of holdfast 150mm long, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) block of size 230 x 200 x 100 mm, applying two coats of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of all exposed to steel surfaces including necessary earth work in soft/loose soil and demolition of old unserviceable valve pit of sizes 900 x 900 x 1050 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
28M & L cast iron fittings ISI marked such as bends (any type, radius any angle) tapers any type (straight or bend), increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch, double branch, cross (all sockets and socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs tail piece size upto 150mm dia confirming to IS 1538/1993 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
29M & L for cutting of existing 100/80mm GI pipe line and jointing 100/80mm GI pipe by using CI Tee and flange of size 100/80mm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Cost of CI Specials like Tee and Flange will be paid separately under respective items.
30Supplying, laying in trenches or passing through pipes, ducts or drawn across roads/paths/drains of fixed along poles/walls/floor etc, including connecting up, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core all as specified and directed.
31Supply install, testing and commissioning of factory built assembly of LT panel board of size 1.0 x 0.75 x 0.60 mtr CPRI approved mounted on angle iron stand and erected on PCC bed block of suitable size, totally enclosed cubicle type, powder coated fabricated from CRCA sheet 3 mm thick dust and vermin proof with neoprene rubber gasket and shall be suitable for operation on 440 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles with copper bus bars 200 Amps capacity four strip of suitable size epoxy coated in conventional colour code including connection from MCCB (incoming) to panel board bus bar and bus bar to outgoing feeders with suitable size of copper cable and providing lugs, nuts, bolts with washers and insulating the same properly all as specified and comprising the following :-(a) MCCB 100 A, TPN - 01 No (incoming)(b) MCB TP 40 A - 02 No (c) Phase indicator lamps RYB (set of three) - 01 Set(d) Volt metre 0-500V with selector switch - 01 Set(e) Ammeter 0-200A with selector switch and suitable size of CT- 01 Set.(f) Fully automatic star selta starter suitable for submersible motor, 3 phase, 415 volt - 01 No(g) Capacitor Bank of capacity 5 KVAR - 02 Nos(h) ON/ Off push button for 3 phase starter
32Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron strip 32mm X 6mm (as earth lead strip), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of GI and GI strip protected by provision of GI pipe light grade, 40mm bore upto test point including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 x 25 x 3 mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metres long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.NOTE :- Item of earthing includes the cost of 7.5 metre long galvanised iron strip 32mm X 6mm size and protection pipe of 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade.
33Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron wire 4.0mm dia (as earth lead wire), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 15 mm bore including provn of concrete pit in plain cement concrete M-15 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of rainforced cement concrete M-15 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.
34PCC 1:4:8(nominal mix) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.
35Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundation,footing,bases of columns,rafts and rafts beams ,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work ,vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as spcified and directed.
36Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, columns etc for fair finished surface of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.
37Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams flat for fair finished surfaces of concrete , complete all as specified and directed.
38Use and waste of formwork to soffits of flat suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) all as specified and as directed
39RCC M-25 (using 20mm graded stone aggretate) design mix for Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc;complete all as specified and directed .
40RCC M-25 (using 20mm graded stone aggretate) design mix in columns ,pillars,piers,post and struts ,all as specified and directed.
41RCC M-25 design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span all as spcified .
42M&L for RCC Nominal mix 1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded aggregate) in chajjas complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge.
43Formwork to flat chullah hoods,chajjas,troughs and similar items including edges fair finished surfaces,complete all as specified and directed.
44RCC M-25 design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls , beams, and columns in floors, roofs landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like.all as spcified .
45M & L TMT bar 10 mm and over cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoopings for cols, hooking ends and binding with ad including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia.
46M & L TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking end and binding with and incl mild steel wiere (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.
