| 2 | Platform Specification: The platform shall be approximately 66 ft × 115 ft, constructed using a heavy-duty modular MS frame with adequate cross bracing and supports, topped with 18–19 mm commercial plywood . The platform shall have a uniform height of 1 (300 mm) from ground level, provide a safe load-bearing capacity suitable for public gatherings and equipment, and include access steps with handrails where required. The decoration shall include neatly pleated and securely fastened fabric with decorative swags, frills, and stage-style finishing to provide a premium aesthetic appearance. The fabric shall be clean, wrinkle-free, fire-retardant where applicable, and installed without visible gaps or loose ends, ensuring a professional finish suitable for religious, cultural, and ceremonial events. |
| 4 | The gadde (mattress) shall be made of high-density cotton/rebonded foam with a minimum thickness of 3–4 inches, covered with durable, clean, and washable bedsheet. The mattresses shall provide comfortable seating for devotees/guests, be placed evenly over a clean floor or carpeted surface, and be free from tears, stains, or damage. The complete arrangement shall be neatly aligned and suitable for large public gatherings, religious events, and temporary seating arrangements & the carpet shall be brand new, made of high-quality synthetic or polypropylene material with uniform color, and a non-slip backing suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It shall be free from defects, stains, tears, or visible joints, and shall be neatly laid with proper edge finishing to provide a smooth, wrinkle-free, and aesthetically pleasing surface. | 7 | Lighting Inside Hanger Specification: Adequate LED lighting shall be provided inside the hanger to ensure uniform illumination throughout the venue.
