Supply Of roto blast assembly , roto blast assembly for cleaning and peening machine as per rwf drg no. 713 3901 11570. note: (1).the drawing mentioned in the description is for general guidance only. the supplier shall visit rw f to physically verify the item and confirm dimensions and fitment before supply. (2).material test certifica te and hardness test certificate from a nabl accredited laboratory shall accompany the supply. (3).the un it shall be fitted on a test bench and run for a minimum of 2 hours at a speed of 2100 rpm. the supplier sh all ensure that vibration levels are within permissible limits as per relevant standards and that the bearing t emperature does not exceed 45 degree c during the test. (4).the pulley shall be of make fenner or pix only . (5).the taper lock shall be of make fenner or pix only. (6).bearings shall be of make skf / fag / timken / ntn / dodge / rexnord / linkbelt. documentary evidence of purchase from the oem or their authorised dea ler shall accompany the supply. (7).the supplier shall furnish an inspection certificate from the bearing ma nufacturer or their authorised testing agency, preferably incorporating traceability details of the bearings. ( 8).reports of balancing at a speed of 2500 rpm with vanes shall be produced along with the supply. (9).re ports of centrifugal testing at a speed of 3750 rpm for 3 minutes without vanes shall accompany the supply . [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ] ]
