The product should comply with ASTM C 881 Type II Grade 2 Class B+C and bond strenghth should be 10 MPa. And filling the joints properly in 25mmx50mm by - Mortar, a solvent-free, three component thixotropic epoxy mortar based on a combination of epoxy resin and selected quartz aggregates on baffle block. The product manufacturer must have their own manufacturing facility, should not be private label product or sourced from third party. The manufacturer must be an ISO 9001 & 14001 certified and valid certificates must be produced as proof. The resin system All three components pack (resin, hardner & filler) sould be factory made and to be sourced from same manufacturer.
