The scope shall mandatorily include technical specification mentioned below: (i) Two raw sewage pumps (One working + one standby) of Centrifugal mono block type, 1.50 HP with SS shaft, head 4-9 m, discharge 15 190 LPM. (ii) Two treated water transfer pumps (One working + one standby) Centrifugal monoblock type, 1.5 HP, discharge 2500-4000 LPH Head: 6-30 m with brass impeller and CI casing. (iii) Aeration system comprising of twin lobe air compressor blowers (>=180 LPM air flow, noise <60 DB) with aeration grid of fine bubble diffusers in MBBR 1 & MBBR 2 Tanks including equalization tank along with bio deck media of Cooldeck/ MM Auqa make. (iv) Raw water storage tank and treated water storage tank HDPE each of 10000 litres capacity. (v) Lamella tube settler tank with tube deck media of Cooldeck/ MM Aqua make.(vi) Complete FRP filtration system including multi-grade sand filter and activated carbon filter of TATA/Pentair make along with a post carbon filter of same make. (vii) Compulsory ozone generator for disinfection of Alfa level make(viii) Hydraulic Filter Press compromising 18x18x12 nos. plates with heavy duty base frame make Sachin/ Amar Plastic. (xi) Chlorine dosing system with dosing tank and dosing pump of 0-10 LPH of LMI-ASIA/ Milton Ray.(x) Ultrasonic Flowmeter make Forbes Marshal/ Krone. (xi) PLC based microcontroller with 10\\" HMI display integrated with IoT-enabled SCADA system for remote monitoring and online access of BOD, COD, TSS, DO, pH and temperature.(xii) Integrated automatic control panel with reputed make switchgear, isolation push buttons, auto/manual operation, level controllers and timers. (xiii) All interconnecting CPVC piping with valves and accessories. (xiv) Complete internal cabling, wiring, earthling and lighting arrangement using materials in IP 67/68 grade power control box , the system shall be compact, modular, energy-efficient (average 7.5 KWh ), designed to operate for 20 hours/day and capable of consistently delivering treated water meeting CPCB/UPPCB/NGT standards for horticulture reuse.
